NRG installed Gemstone lighting on my house and I had a great experience with them. Nathan's communication was always prompt and clear, and most importantly to me, he was willing to use my preferred channels (email and text over phone) for most things.

On service day the team arrived on time, completed the work within the promised time frame, and cleaned up well after they were done. We did have a hiccup with the installation not exactly matching what we originally discussed, but as soon as I informed Nathan, they came and addressed it within the same day, and I didn't even have to arrange to be there for them, which made the whole thing a non-issue in my book.

Josh came out to our house and was very courteous and completed the work with pretty much no interaction needed after I showed him where to go. Found NRG on Thumbtack as I was looking for an electrician to add another outlet inside a cabinet so I could hide my printer inside. Also to replace 2 bathroom exhaust fans that either weren't working and/or just old. I reached out to them via Thumbtack, heard back from Nathan, who I scheduled a quick call with. During my conversation, I was able to text him photos of what I needed done and where the work was to take place. He then gave me a fair quote compared to a few other electricians I found on Thumbtack and Yelp. To schedule, he sent me an online invoice to make a deposit to confirm the date/time of the work to be done. Josh & Alex showed up, were Covid compliant (masks) and had covers for their shoes. They added my outlet in no time at all (was already a cut out for it), and then went to install the 2 bathroom exhaust fans. I purchased the fans myself on Amazon and they had to cut a little bit of the drywall to make it fit. Both fans work beautifully and much quieter than my 20 year old fan that was in there.

Would definitely recommend them. Had a nice chat with Josh who told me they do other electrical work (hanging Christmas lights, landscape lighting...etc.)
