Juan provides great service to us during a recent service call. He quickly responded to my inquiry over Yelp and came over in very timely manner. He quickly diagnosed the problem with electric plug and fixed it immediately. He is responsive and courteous. Great in every regard. I will definitely keep him in my list of electricians to call on.

Loved their service. My ceiling fan was not working from last two years. Juan dropped by and looked into the issue. He was very good in troubleshooting the issue which shows that he's very knowledgeable regarding his work. It was a simple fix but really appreciate him coming in and fixing it. There was no issue in scheduling an appointment with him.

Also, I would like to mention that during this time of COVID when people are hesitant calling anybody at home, I would suggest to go with NOVUS Electric service. Juan took all the precautions before entering our home and he was wearing mask all the time he worked.

Juan is the man! In my house, the entryway and hallway lights (3 light total) are all connected on the same switch and they either flickered or didn't turn on or would be on and then start randomly start flickering or turning off and freaked out my kids. My husband fancied himself an electrician and tried fixing it himself - several times - each time making it worse. Finally, I came to Yelp to look for an actual electrician. Juan replied almost immediately, he showed up when he said he would, was able to figure out right away what the problem was, did a quick fix that same day and told me he would be back the next day to complete the job and he did. Also, he wore booties when he had to come inside and a mask and had a care for my personal items that might get dust or dirt on them. Now the lights work like they're supposed to and when I told my husband the total cost he said - that's it? You should have called him a long time ago! Thanks Juan!

Juan is very professional , since I have tried to do my Brilliant Home Control which the parts are difficult to put together and instructions are confusing , so I left wires to professional Juan didn't even charge me, I was surprised he said nothing, no charge,He is great commendable

Juan promised to call when he could schedule the work. He did not call. After a week, I called him. He promised to come on Saturday, three days away. He did not show up, or call to let me know he wasn't coming. We waited and waited. I called him, and he said he would come later. He did not come. When I called him on Monday he scheduled for Wednesday, and did not come or call again. We waited and waited. I think this is unacceptable. If he had a problem, he could have called to let us know. We cannot do business with such unreliable businesses. Too bad, he seemed like a nice guy. I would never recommend him, ever!

Juan offered great services and a very competitive price to resolve the problem on our electrical panel. I contacted a couple electricians on yelp in the evening on July 3rd and Juan was the first one to respond. He answered all my questions and provided different options for us. He came in the morning on July 4th to inspect and went to the store to find a substitute part to replace. It also came with a warranty! We are very satisfied with Juan's professionalism and services.
