Founded as Nova Electric Lighting Solutions is located in California's Bay Area. Founded in 1990, originally named Nova Data Communications, starting as a telecommunications company for business customers across Northern California.

The former NDC developed to a team of serving clients such as Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, SSA Terminals, Matson, Network Engineering Technologies, Masonic Homes, and many others.

NDC seized the chance to branch out into the fiber optics and high voltage electrical fields, which led to establishing ourselves as a significant contributor in the current thriving energy-efficient lighting sector.
