As it turns out I'm an idiot and the problem was incredibly simple but Santiago was totally professional, fixed the problem, check everything over and charged me next to nothing even though he spent significant time driving over. Santiago was a great communication skills--he responds quickly and kept us informed of the status on the upgrades. Our project involved a panel upgrade and additional EV charging circuit. He was reasonably priced and very easy to work with. The entire process went well because of Santiago being proactive and being a reliable communicator.
