We have used Brian's company, Northside AC, for over 20 years to service or install our ACs. This company is consistently professional, kind, and somehow hires the most remarkable HVAC tradesmen. Zack, Robert, and Jacob worked on a complex issue and I could not be happier. There was a very small issue from a prior visit and the receptionist, Brian, and these workers made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. Their prices are competitive, but I would use them for their integrity regardless.

This company is not what it claims to be. Don't be fooled. I called them because my AC unit went out. I explained the symptoms to them over the telephone. They installed the AC unit several years before. I agreed to the service fee. The customer service person advised me they would come after their current service call.

They never came to my residence. It just happened to be over 90 degrees this day. They never called at all. Very poor customer service. I just want everyone to be very suspicious of this company. The minimum score is one star . I really give them ZERO stars for this Yelp review.
