We had a significant amount of repairs and requests for new outlets. Glenn came to our home and scoped out the work. I asked him to purchase all of our new fixtures and he did a great job. Kyle came to do the work and he did a great job, getting it all done in 1 day. He replaced the fluorescent fixtures in the garage, all outside lights in the front and back of the house, installed a couple of new outlets, replaced several existing outlets that no longer worked or were loose and installed two new replacement light fixtures. Excellent work! I am so pleased and will definitely call them again when needed.

Not happy at all with the work Glenn and is electrical assistant did in our house. Glenn knows his electrics, but the quality of their work is really bad. They cut 2ft of shelving out of our closet and didn't repair it. They cut through the wooden gable on the outside of our house and didn't repair it. The ground rod was covered in five pieces of white plastic pipe that looked like a bunch leftovers from a previous job. His assistant helped himself to food and drink from our kitchen while my wife and I were at work. At least three of the outlet plates broke away from the sockets due the screws being cut too short. Overall, really poor quality work.

The recessed lighting installation Glenn and his crew completed for me was by far the best home improvement project experience I have had to date. They were efficient and on-time. The quality of the work was excellent. I was also impressed by the fact that they answered any questions I had even during installation. Without a doubt they were friendly and courteous at all times. When I had a switch issue sometime after the installation they promptly sent someone. It was fixed in minutes. I would absolutely recommend them for any recessed lighting or electrical needs you might have.

We are very pleased with our new recessed/pocket ceiling lights in our family room, living room, and master bedroom. The best part is having our family portraits being highlighted with spotlights. We also like the strip of LED mood lighting around the interior recessed ceiling of our master bedroom. They added crown molding to it and did a great job. Thanks, Glenn and Eric!

I called Glenn to get an estimate for a new Ceiling Fan and a hanging lamp. His bid was the lowest and at first I hesitated to go with him because I wanted quality work and willing to pay for it. But his availability was the earliest and his yelp reviews where good, so I just decided to go with his company.

On the scheduled time, Eric arrived with all the equipment and confirmed the task and quote. He very meticulous about cleaning up and actually checked his surrounding before setting his tools and stuff down, which is something I noticed other people fail to do. The task took a little longer because the wood in my attic was so thick, but Eric kept at it and found a way to route my cables through the ceiling and to the light switch.

I am very satisfied with the work. I will definitely be calling them next time.

I purchased an older home without much lighting. Glen installed four ceiling lights in my office, a ceiling light in my hall and five ceiling lights in my kitchen, plus two outdoor plugs and a ceiling fan in my living room. Northern Lighting replaced our old fluorescent lights in our kitchen with LED recessed lights. When Glen came to give us a quote, he recommended we keep the recessed ceiling area open, instead of drywalling it in, as recommended by another contractor. We are very happy we went with Northern Lighting and Glen's suggestions, as it kept our kitchen feeling open and spacious. Prices were on par with the other contractor, and unlike the other one, Northern Lighting was able to provide dedicated drywall and crown molding subcontractors. The work area was neatly sectioned off with plastic, and the final result was very satisfactory. Glen was always very responsive and easy to reach. Some holes were missed during drywalling, but the crown molding subcontractor was able to patch them,
