By default my propane account was handed over to Northern Energy. I have called twice to have my tank filled because it was empty or near empty. Their job is to keep the tank filled not for me to call and complain. Paco the delivery driver is rude and surly so I called the supervisor to let him know and the supervisor did not return my call.The delivery slip does not state the price per gallon- just a code. However, Northern Energy is charging $4.35 a gallon. At the same time McPhails is charging $3.10 a gallon, Ferrell gas in the $3.00 range and ProFlame a sister company to Northern Energy: $3.25 a gallon. None of the companies are charging a delivery fee and these prices are for customers who are no longer ""new"" and receiving introductory rates. Clearly,Northern Energy is ripping off customers big time and not providing professional service to their clients. Avoid this company and do business with a reputable and honest propane outfit who keeps your tank full at a fair price.
