Bad bad bad ....be careful will over charge and don't expect propane if it's not convenient. STAY AWAY!

My credit card was charged two times for one tank of propane totaling around $1,000 for 150 gallons of propane then I received a letter saying they are taking me to collections. I monitor my propane usage weekly plus, I had broken my arm at the time and was home so I know they didn't deliver. I was told they had proof of delivery but never furnished it. I spoke with multiple supervisors and was told my little 150 gallons is nothing to them and I am the only dissatisfied customer. I was promised a $490 refund in October, it is now January and I have not received a refund, when I called about it I was hung up on. Please do not support this crooked operation with your business.

Terrible customer service. They have been late twice leaving us with no propane. When I called, the woman working there told me that their driver was stuck in a mud hole waiting for a tow. I let her know we are out of propane and were scheduled days prior. She said there was a hold on the account due to non payment even though our credit card info is on file with them and they have been sending our bill to our physical address instead of the PO Box on file for mailing. Whoever entered our address was too lazy to make sure to get it right. I'm beyond disappointed. I can't believe they are able to maintain a business this way. I also asked if they would be able to make it since we were out of propane and the reason we weren't filled on our arranged day was their mistake. She said they would try but there were 70+ that needed service the same day. Needless to say, they never showed up. And we will certainly not be using them when we begin construction on our new home.
