The one star is for the the workers arriving on time. When they arrived I was asked if I had changed the clogged piping in question. My reply was no that is why I'm paying you. After going up and down my stairs - acting like they didn't know what they were doing the two sloths finally hooked up a shop vacuum ill powered to barely do the job of trying to suck water from the condensation line from my upstairs a/c unit. I had tried this two days before (with a much larger more powerful shop vac and it didn't unplug the line.) Their attempt had the same results. After saying they were finished and they did all they could, I asked a questioned. Did you change the p trap. They said they did. I checked and they hadn't. Nice lie to my face. The insult came when I was told that one end of the trap had been cut, his hand was then placed over the end of the trap and then he blew air through his hand & some air went through but he said it was still clogged. They just didn't want to change the p trap for some reason (I guess they thought it wouldn't do the trick - but how would they know unless they changed it - or maybe it was just do much work - approx. 10 mins. worth). I've done these myself before and it has in the past fixed the problem. So catching him in this lie he simply said well the unit that feeds the trap is rusty and the rust is going to continue to clog up the trap so that is why he didn't change it. NICE! REALLY? They came ill equipped for this service call (had to borrow a jug to poor water into the pan to see if it would flow and had to small of a shop vacuum to provide adequate suction.) Great work SLACKERS! I guess he felt a bit bad for lieing to me so he gave us a free new p-trap and said for us to change it ourselves but insisted this wouldn't help. By the way the guy that did most of the work looked high as a kite and I wouldn't use this company if they were the only one for 100 miles. If you want something done right bite the bullet and do it yourself. This was a waste of time, money and God knows what they damaged while they were in my attic. Don't use this company for anything. If you have any skills at all try to fix it yourself first. Then search the internet for a company with good ratings and not BBB ratings (they are worthless). Since I'm the first person to write a rating I didn't have that luxury - plus they were called by our warranty people so - what could I do anyway. Would be nice to have my a/c on since its hot outside but that'll have to wait until I have time to fix it myself.
