Worst company I've ever dealt with. I consistently have bills for my apartment 3 times the price my friends pay for actual houses in the area. Never use this company. The people are also rude. Way too expensive and poor service. Don't live in an area that they service or expect to pay outrageous fees. Friends and family in Chicago and New York City heat entire houses in the winter for half the price I pay for my apartment in Oxford.

The people here need to learn some compassion and people skills. Rudeness is never the first option nor ever any option when you are working in a public service position such as here. When people are having a rough day try listening and helping problem solve ratting than piling on to their problems and making them feel less than human.
