I found our go-to plumber!

I requested a quote through Yelp at 12:12 p.m. and received a response immediately. By 12:55 p.m. that same day, John had arrived, repaired the leak in my kitchen sink, and left. Seriously!

In addition to fixing the leaky faucet (and testing it multiple times to ensure it was indeed fixed), John was incredibly friendly, followed all Covid-19 safety precautions, and wiped down the area (leaving it cleaner than it was before). I would recommend (and will recommend him) to ANYONE.

Thank you so much for an amazing shiplap install in our sunroom over some really ugly stucco! John & team did an amazing job, and they worked so hard to able to complete this project in one day. John was also super fast to respond to any questions, helped us choose the right look and color and absolutely killed it! North County Renovation and Repair did an amazing job renovating our laundry closet floor. The tile was raised up on some old plywood that had water damage and was crumbling. John responded to my inquiry and provided a quote within the same day. We were lucky to have them come by the next day to complete the project. He took a look at our subfloor and even checked under the house before providing me with a few options for how they could proceed. He was well within his quoted timeline and exactly on budget, even with a last minute run to Home Depot for more trim. We are planning on using them for our future home repair and renovation projects. This team has tons of expertise and I would highly recommend them!

Needed a variety of things fixed ranging from electrical, stucco repair, sprinkler issues, kitchen cabinets... the list goes on. They fixed everything perfectly and also framed out my bathroom mirrors! They look beautiful now!

I needed my laundry area flooring leveled with concrete and new laminate flooring and new hose bibs. I had purchased new washer and dryer units and they could not be installed because of the flooring and the broken hose bibs. John was great he gave me an estimated quote based of the pictures i sent him and the price was great!! I had gotten quotes from other places and they were crazy high charges.. John showed up right on time scheduled him and his co worker Brian were great they took measurements and scoped out the job. They gave me a estimate on labor and told me that they would go get the supplies needed and tell me how much that was when they got back. While at Home Depot they took pictures and sent it to me to ensure that is what i wanted. I needed some concrete so they got some quick dry concrete and they takes a couple of hours to dry, as they waited I told them about other projects i needed done and seeing how they had to wait anyways they took care of some of those projects for little more cost but much worth it. In the end they fixed my laundry area i needed done, they installed a new water hose for my refrigerator so i could use the water and ice machine, they put my chain that was off track back together in my garage and glued down a base board that came loose. They were very helpful and professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone and for sure will be doing more business with them in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! We hired John for a lighting project, and he did an exceptional job. We had another company come to our house to offer a quote, and they said the job was going to be twice as much, and take twice as long. Another company said the project wasn't doable (which was 100% inaccurate). We are SO glad we talked to John for a second opinion! Awesome communication, on time, knowledgeable, gracious, and seriously went above and beyond. I will absolutely hire this company again for future projects.

John and Al were fantastic!!!! I needed an all weather structure for my two dogs, but wanted it to blend into my house/yard without being an eyesore. They were incredibly professional, helped walk me through the process and make key design decisions. From initial consultation to project completion, North county renovation and repair was outstanding. My dogs absolutely love their new shelter, which comes complete with well thought out padding for them and even a ramp for my older dog. It blends so well into the existing house and yard set up I forget it's even there. Their work was the highest quality, and everything was timely, efficient, professional. I highly recommend North County renovation and repair for any of your building and repair needs!

I needed to update my floors, the carpet was in bad shape, plus I wanted an updated look. He came in, provided me with some good options and helped weigh the opinions.

We scheduled relatively quickly on the dining room. I loved the look and we renegotiated the rest of the house. He included sturdy transitions from wood to tile (kitchen and bathrooms) and wood to carpet (for the bedrooms). The finishing work included detailed cuts in baseboards and caulk to maintain water resistance. He truly thought of everything. The new floors have been really easy to clean. I am considering a roomba so cleaning will be even easier.

I love my new floors! They make me feel better than Tom Cruise in Risky business.
