North Coast group was great. I started a warranty claim with my home warranty co. and I was called the same day by north coast. They were able to schedule me the following day with one of their electricians. He was able to resolve the issue I was having with multiple dead outlets in about 10 min (I tinkered with the issue for a week haha) In the process I was educated about some interesting electrical components of my home I wasn't aware of. I was sent to North Coast Group by my home warranty company. The next business day I contacted them to make an appointment. Lo and behold, they had an opening that day! I made an appointment a few hours later. A gentleman arrived as scheduled. I was having issues with over a dozen outlets that I could not figure out myself. The electrician used these devices
Called ""Voltage testers and receptacle analyzers detect the presence of electrical voltage in cable, wires, circuit breakers, light fixtures, outlets, and switches. Testers and analyzers indicate if the power is off at an outlet. They also let you know whether a device is connected properly."" He ended up fixing everything within an hour. Since then I have had no issues. My home insurance covered the whole bill besides my copay. I was very impressed by the quality of service I received.

Home insurance set up an appointment to have an electrical issue looked at. After a terrible response from the insurance approved appliance repair service, I was expecting another horrible experience. I have to say, this company is on top of their business. I got a confirmation call to set the appointment, and then Bill arrived right on time. He was professional and fixed the problem within a couple minutes after arriving being at the house. I will be using this company again the next time I need any electrical work, whether our home insurance is covering the repair or not.

We just had North Coast group Electric come this morning to fix three switches. Our home warranty company had set it up for us. North Coast emailed us and kept us up to date on his arrival time. They sent his photo ahead of time so we would know him when he arrived. We were dreading this repair thinking it would take forever but it was so fast. Bill was our service technician and he was professional and efficient and did the job quickly. We have never had such a positive experience with a electrical repairman. I can highly recommend Bill and this company for a great experience. We will not use anyone else from now on.

I was referred to North Coast Group by my home warranty insurance company (AHS) to repair an aging Casa Blanca ceiling fan that had stopped working. NCG was quick to respond with an appointment date and time. Bill (the electrician) was at the house exactly at the time specified. The fan is no longer made and replacement parts are nearly impossible to find. Bill tested both the fan and its wall switch and determined that the issue was with the electronics in the fan so he took it to his shop. He returned with the repaired fan twice before we got it to work -- I had ordered and received from eBay a used wall switch that arrived between his 1st and 2nd trips back. Again the repaired fan wouldn't work with the original switch so we tried the newer eBay switch. Voila! It worked. Bill had completely reworked the electronics in the fan at his shop. Then Bill took the time to rework the wall switch box's wiring so the used switch from eBay would slide into it. Throughout this entire process, Bill was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I will always go back to Bill and North Coast Group for any future wiring needs. Thanks Bill
