I finally made the call to have my A/C fixed, because the LA heat was just not giving up! One of my friends recommended North Air to me, since they had their unit repaired and had a great experience. These guys were able to make it out to me the within a few hours and get my A/C back in working order. Not sure why I waited so long to fix the A/C, but I'm happy I did, and North Air did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Vigen was professional and friendly. Before North Air arrive, I had another five-start HVAC company come out, but they took my service fee and said they didn't know what was wrong (and didn't fix anything-- ugh). But Vigen knew what the problem was right away! He said it was a simple problem that should've been solved by the other guys. Now, I know to call North Air should another problem ever arise. The unit has been working great since. Thanks, Vigen!

North Air came in the same day within a few hours when I called for my parents' AC didn't work in the hot summer. He worked very efficiently and diligently and the AC work great right away! I called him a couple of days later to fix my AC and he came right way and fixed it with a great price! I really appreciate and highly recommend this company!! Thumbs up!! 5 stars!

110 degrees in Burbank and my A/C stopped working. My landlord initially got a different company to look at the unit and they said everything was fine, there was nothing to fix. Yet I'm running the A/C all day and night and my house is just getting warmer. I finally called Vigen - thanks to Yelp reviews. He was here within 30 minutes! He took a look, identified the problem, fixed it, and now my air is cooling like a champion! Wow. This guy knows what he's doing. Thanks Yelp, and thank you Vigen!

My husband called them on Sunday after the hottest weekend . Our air went out the day before . The owner fixed in it 1/2 hour . So grateful to this company . Will recommend them to everyone

I called at 4pm on a 100 degree day w a split system leak at my preschool. Vegen is there within the hour and he takes a strange situation and makes it work. The initial quote on the phone tripled after the job was finished and that was a bit disappointing. But the job is done and my school will be ready in the morning. Would def recommend the service for anyone who's time is valuable.

I called and spoke to Vigen and he offered to come by that same day! I had him come the next day (due to my work schedule) and he showed up on time and was a complete professional. Honest, straight-forward, quick, and extremely knowledgable. So difficult to find these days, especially in L.A. He made sure everything was running in tip top shape. NorthAir was a great choice for my AC upgrade. I got a professional in-home assessment, emailed quotes of several options at several price-points, financing, and a great job done in 3 days. All the workers were professional and courteous, and Vigen stayed most of the time to supervise and do the more complex or detailed work himself. All along the way, he explained what they were finding, what they were doing, and why. He tested the system with me present and demonstrated the controls to me before leaving. He even came back the next day for a follow up to check on everything. My AC is working great now! I am pleased that I chose NorthAir to do the job.

This review is long overdue. Our heating unit stopped working without any warning signs. I looked up some business on yelp that could help us out and randomly picked North Air as a first one to call. Person on the phone sounded very professional and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Service person that showed up at the door immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than hour.
Very pleased with experience, I will use and recommend their service to everyone.

Once again, Yelp has not let me down! I was having an issue with my 20 year old HVAC system and called North Air to have it checked out. Vigen gave me an appointment window between 2:30 pm and 4:30 p.m. because he was working on another job but he ended up calling me back and asked if he could arrive earlier (certainly not a problem at all for me). After he assessed the problem he presented me with a couple different options on how to correct the issue. I chose the least expensive of the options even though I know there is an increased risk that there might be a further issue soon. Everything is working great right now though!

I will be looking at a total replacement of my HVAC system at some point sooner or later. I will absolutely be calling Vigen at North Air when that day comes or if I need any other work done. He was completely up front and honest and charged a fair price for the work that he completed today.

Another plus . . . please read his responses to the couple of obvious fake Yelp reviews. It made my day that someone could rationally respond to criticism the way that he did!
