Our oven exploded, firefighters came & recommended getting an electrician to double-check wiring before buying new range. Heard of Norseman Electric via NextDoor. Randy came the next day, assessed the situation, made some recommendations, emailed me a bid, and scheduled us for the work the following day. He recognized the need for us to be up & running sooner rather than later so we can cook, and was kind enough to get us on the schedule asap. Tad & Esteban were skilled workers, very professional, worked hard and did a great job. Randy came towards the end of the job to double check everything and make sure all was done as he had promised. Wouldn't take the check until everything was done. Cynthia emailed me detailed invoice & receipt per my request. Highly recommend this company. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Randy and Daryl come to our rescue when our main breaker failed in the middle of a heat wave. They were extremely knowledgeable, skilled and really wanted to help. They rushed to the supply store to find a replacement breaker and installed it on the spot. They were thorough about checking for underlying problems and were able to reassure us that our electrical system was safe and good to go. Thank you!

Hired Norseman Electric to update the electrical to our shop. They were very responsive and were able to get on it with a sense of urgency. The shop had some issues that they had to correct and they communicated it to me what they were advising to do. I understood what they were going to do and went ahead with the project. It turned out to be much more of a problem, but Randy and his team corrected all the issues and made it correct, professional and looked great as well. Overall good communication throughout the project and A+ service. Would hire again for any electrical issues both residential or commercial.

This is a follow up to my 9/28 review of Norseman Electric. Randy and 2 of his guys came out on Dec. 20th to evaluate replacing 2 co-ax cables and reversing some outdoor electrical work along with changing the lights in our oven hood. After discussing the first 2 items on our list, he suggested the complexity of doing these things wasn't worth the cost. He removed the existing lights in the oven hood and researched their replacement. He planned to return when I'd received them. Surprisingly, I was able to put the new ones in myself, and Randy wouldn't accept payment for the trip he made to the house. Randy is highly skilled, prompt, reliable and honest. There's no doubt who I will call for future work.
