Randy and his team are outstanding. They installed our massive entry way chandelier and upgraded our electrical sub-panel. Randy also updated our attic with some lighting so we could actually find the Christmas lights. Randy is very professional and knowledgeable and is very easy to work with.

I used Norseman electric for my Mom who lives in the area. Some rats had chewed through electric wires and outlets and lights in one section of the house were not working. I was not there but my mom said they came the first time and gave her an estimate to do the job with 3 people in two hours. They came a couple of days later right on time and did the job with 3 people and Within the estimate. The job was completed cleanly and most importantly my mom felt comfortable with them and their service.

We had a short circuit, and many of our inset lights weren't working. Randy came out on short notice and did a quick check. He advised that the problem couldn't be solved then and there, and they'd need to schedule a follow up. They were pretty booked up so we had to wait a few days. Randy and Hal came out and were able to identify and fix the short circuit quickly. They were courteous and professional, and I've got no complaints.

I spent time explaining a small job. I talked to both Cindy and Randy. We agreed verbally agreed on the work, the price and the date. The date was a few weeks out. I thought everything was a go. Two days later I got an email saying they forgot(?) they had a job that would that the whole month.

I've done a lot of electrical work through Randy and his team - outlets, voltage and amp upgrades, wiring, etc. I first used them for inspecting the property when I was bidding on the house. Then brought them back to do some upgrades. They are very responsive (his wife is awesome) and they do good work. Very knowledgeable about code, and I appreciate that they will give me their opinion on possible solutions. At times, I think they can bite off more than they can chew which makes logistics a bit tricky. But they are honest and their prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend them.
