On Friday May 15th the strangest thing happened in my house. Half had no electricity. Front and back rooms were dead, but the living room had full power minus the A/C (never fun in Texas) I called several companies in the area and what I might describe is totally ridiculous prices just to come out (as I said it was Friday after dark) I called Norris Electric and the owner Frank answered the phone. Not only did he say he would come look at it, after he determined the problem I tried to pay him and he refused. It was going to involve Centerpoint coming out to run a bypass line. On Saturday morning two guys came out and ran the line. They informed me what had to happen next. I called Frank and asked him to do the work. He immediately filed for a permit, got all the lines tagged for cable, gas, electricity. I as sit here, Derek and Chris are sweating their ass off doing the work. 45 feet of trench, 28'' deep dug out by shovel. I cannot say enough good about these guys or this company. Frank is a stand up guy and I highly recommend Norris Electric.

I called Norris Electric to schedule my ceiling fan installation. I have a tall ceiling so I explained that to them and they sad it's all good, they can install the fan and they gave me the price for the work. I was fine with the price so we scheduled an appointment. First, they did not appear on time, they did not appear at all. They gave me a 30 min window but no one showed up. I send them a message and in response, I've got that the fan installation price was increased by 30% because I have a ""tall ceiling"" despite the fact that we already discussed it and agreed on the price. Of course, it was a no-no. So be prepared that you will be scammed with the prices and you will waste your time waiting for them. So stay away from them.

I wish I could put into words how grateful I am to Norris Electric. At just after 5 pm, my power went out completely. I had called and asked for help from everyone I could. Frank Norris called me personally after hours. When I explained my situation to him, he expressed his concern for the well-being of myself and my very young son, especially with it being the middle of summer in Texas. He came out at 8:00 pm, no more than 20 minutes after our phone call, and fixed the issue. He was very fair and kind. I would recomend Norris Electric to anyone.

Derek came out quickly after the service call was requested. I was impressed at the level of customer service he provided. He took the time to listen to what the issue was, troubleshooted it, and then explained everything to me in simple terms. He even noticed I had just mopped my floors and offered to sweep up a little dust from the fixture he was working on. I am a very happy customer! Will definitely use them again!

Could not recommend these guys enough. Called at 4:45pm on a Friday and Frank came out within the hour. Found the problem and was back the next morning and repaired within an hour. I could not be more pleased. Very professional and priced right. You could not go wrong with these guys.
