We had a couple of outlets replaced and an outlet installed by John at Noor Electrical. He did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and explained what was going on and what needed to be done. He was later than the expected time but he and Noor Electrical kept us up to date on his expected arrival time. John even gave a discount because he was later than expected. I would use Noor Electrical again (and probably ask for John!).

So professional, so efficient and so kind!

On Friday night, a short blew out a receptacle, which took out about half the power in our house--very serious, since we work from home. Because of the smoke, we called the fire department; they advised us to call an electrician.

We called a big name that night and never heard back. Saturday morning, I called Noor because of its high rating and promise of 24/7 coverage. They took the order, sent out Mohammed, who gave us a quote. He didn't try to upsell--in fact, he described the cheapest option first.

Sunday night, he made the repairs.

We will definitely be using them again!
