Roger came out to our house within about an hour after we called him to help us install a Ring Video Doorbell. We had started the project but the holes weren't aligning correctly. He came out knew exactly how to fix it, helped us get it done in no time. He explained what he was doing as he went which was nice for me since I was curious how to fix the problem we had created. Afterward he took the time to look at a couple of outlets we had some issues with. He was thorough in explaining to us what needed to be done and why. I felt he was a genuine guy. Will definitely hire him for more services down the line.

Roger was very prompt and his PR was great. The issue was that the power outlets for the back bedrooms and bathroom stopped working. Roger came out to fix the problem by installing a GFCI plug on one of the outlets. That seemed to work for a while. But then the GCFI plug started to trip the circuit. I hired another electrician to trace the suspected fault in the circuit. He meggered the circuit and their was an indication of a hot neutral reverse,ie, The wires were crossed on one of the outlets in the circuit. He fixed it.

Roger is THE BEST! I have actually had the pleasure of meeting quite a few awesome electricians (they tend to be a friendly, down to earth bunch it seems) but Roger is the best, really. He came out on real short notice and installed 2 new light fixtures in my bathroom. He took the time to reconfigure them to my liking and taught me some things too, which was awesome. He also helped me remove a problem fixture that was dangerously installed (prior owner). His minimum call out is 2 hours so we had some extra time and I asked him to look at our garage wiring since it seemed janky to me. He pointed out issues that we should fix as they would void our homeowners insurance if anything were to happen. Roger is super professional and SO kind. You can tell he loves his work and loves helping people. His focus is clearly about making sure his customers are safe in their own homes. Thank you so much, Roger, for making my home a safer place. So glad I now have a go-to electrician!!
