NoFixNoPay Electric is run by the owner, with no additional staff

Power outages, maintenance and repairs, outlets, fuse boxes, panel services, wiring issues, inspection corrections, AFCI, GFCI, lighting solutions, smoke detectors, thermostats, security lighting, and landscape illumination
Orange County, CA DBA: NoFixNoPay (No Fix No Pay) is the most strictly regulated, service-ready operation in Southern California. NoFixNoPay prevents exploitation of homeowners with unfair contracts or mechanic liens, as we lack the legal authority to do so.

Every job under $500, no license breaches
No additional staff, no workers' compensation scams
Continuing education, no code breaches
NoFixNoPay, no need for financial bonding or general liability coverage
While numerous contractors are oblivious to the legalities of their trade, Roger designed a system that champions consumer protection.

Many electricians merely flip panels and neglect to inspect or rectify missing AFCI, GFCI, smoke alarms, or extension cord wiring risks, much less show residents how to perform the monthly tests and resets of fire-safety devices as mandated by instructions.

Roger was able to meet me at the home we were selling in Anaheim. Buyer's home inspector had mentioned on his report that there were loose/broken circuit breakers and suggested repairs/replacement. So we had gotten some quotes from other electricians and they all suggested to replace and upgrade to a newer electrical panel. Estimates where anywhere from $2,000 up to $2,500. Roger was able to diagnose, test and show that all that was needed was a new circuit breaker. Roger did not stock it, and asked me to drive to a local circuit breaker refurbish business. Paid about $151 with tax included. Then drove back to my client's home. Gave it to Roger and he installed it and cleaned the contacts. It was a bit awkward asking the customer to go pick up the breaker on his behalf. But over and all, price was good. His labor was a minimum of 2 hours, $60 per hour. Job took 2.5 hours because of waiting for the circuit breaker seller to get back to his shop. Total labor was $156. Total I spent was $307.00 compared to the $2,000 to $2,500 if I had went with the others. My overall experience was good and fair. I can't speak for others, but as for myself, I can say I am glad I called Roger on that day.

Roger is the most honest and ethical electrician I've ever met. He helped me out on the phone and helped me save his minimum charges and it worked!!! God bless him and I recommend him to anybody because if he can fix it over the phone, imagine what service he can do for you.

My wife and I moved into an updated home that we purchased from a company that flipped houses. The last actual resident of the property installed a security system, and neither we nor the prior company knew the security code.

When the power went out, we went to the circuit breaker to turn the power back on. The alarm sounded, and the only thing we could do was turn the power back off to kill the alarm. The security system circuit was connected to the garage, so we couldn't use our garage door. All this happened as we were on the way out the door to dinner with friends. We need this alarm out ASAP.

We began calling electricians at 8:00 AM. Roger was the first to actually answer his phone. The number on Yelp is his actual cell phone.

Roger promised to be at our home by noon that day, and quoted us a price per hour, two hour minimum. We thought the price was fair, and he also offered us a 10% discount on labor if we paid in cash. Perfect.

Roger got to our house early, and uninstalled the security system quickly. Since he committed to two hours, he checked various parts of our home for electrical issues and offered to fix them within the two hour time we already paid for, with the only additional cost for parts. He also offered installation services for ceiling fans and installing outlets for mounted TVs (so the wires don't show).

In short: Roger was everything we needed. He did the job quickly and at a fair price. If I need any immediate electrician services, he'll be my first call.

Was very impressed with Roger's work ethic and professionalism. I called on a Saturday and he made time in his schedule to look at a small doorbell repair within the hour. After assessing the problem, he gave me the choice of going to buy items needed and returned the next day (Sunday!) to install. Nice, polite man who seems to enjoy his job. Highly recommend him.

Roger is a really good guy. really friendly and passionate about his job. He showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally. He took his time to explain what he was doing and how much it would cost. I would recommend for all your electrical needs.

You could not ask for a more honest or thorough person to deal with. This is the second time I've had him come out - the first time was 2013 to install two ceiling fans, and today to replace two electrical outlets. He knows what questions to ask (even if you're a bit clueless, like me), and supplied a detailed estimate. He had all my information on file, even remembered that my Dad lived with me! He took care of the outlets, and in reviewing my fuse box, found loose breakers and replaced them. His invoice is detailed, his work is impeccable, I can't recommend him highly enough - thank you, Roger!

The whole point of this is nofixnopay. So if he doesn't fix then you don't pay. He came in initially to fox my AC and left with it still not working and told me I had to pay him. He was rude, dishonest, and not a pleasure to work with. I would definitely not recommend.

Roger came out to our house within about an hour after we called him to help us install a Ring Video Doorbell. We had started the project but the holes weren't aligning correctly. He came out knew exactly how to fix it, helped us get it done in no time. He explained what he was doing as he went which was nice for me since I was curious how to fix the problem we had created. Afterward he took the time to look at a couple of outlets we had some issues with. He was thorough in explaining to us what needed to be done and why. I felt he was a genuine guy. Will definitely hire him for more services down the line.

Roger was amazing! I didn't think I would have liked him from talking on the phone, but he proved that wrong when he got here. He spent several hours here, talking with my son and teaching him what he was doing. He also had some laughs with my dad. All in all he checked everything for me and found out what the issue was.
His honesty and integrity took the cake!
Thank you Roger for your work in my house and for serving
our county
