Most contractors lack knowledge of the regulations in their industry, but Roger established a framework that emphasizes consumer rights.
Many electricians merely flip panels and neglect to inspect or rectify missing AFCI, GFCI, smoke alarms, or extension cord wiring risks, much less show residents how to perform the monthly tests and resets of fire-safety devices as mandated by instructions.

I've used NoFixNoPay on two occasions in the past year, once for broken shower lights and the other for an EV charging outlet installation. In both cases, Roger carried himself with a sense of professionalism and always made an effort to clearly communicate what he was doing.
Very flexible on hours and easy to work with, I give Roger my highest recommendation!

Had the pleasure of working with Roger, and all I can say is wow.. What an awesome guy. Operated with integrity and was 100% honest.. He worked on my hand held gimbal from Nebula. There is no question if I have another issue, I'm coming to you my man. Thanks againRoger!!

I went through the Home Depot Pro Services Referral Saturday night, last night, and Roger called me right away and left a message on my voicemail. I called him back the next morning and scheduled same day late afternoon appointment to replace 4 archaic hardwired smoke detectors, replace a mini chandelier and a dining swag lamp, and help me find the chirping sound in the upstairs hallway LOL!!! He even suggested we help him pre-assemble the chandelier and swag lights to speed up the process to save money in the end so I had my family help in the assembly line! Done in two hours...including hunting for the phantom chirping (looked in the attic, walked up and down the stairs multiple times oyy veyy). Super satisfied. Will definitely use his services in the future. Thank you so much Roger!!!

I called about a power issue I was having and Roger said he could be at my house in just an hour. While waiting for him I was able to figure out the issue on my own and called him back. I offered to give him some money for his troubles but he declined and let me know I could call him anytime I had an issue. Seems like a great businessman and will definitely reach out when I need him.

(No fix no pay?). It should be no fix you still pay. I had to call him out 3 time for the same issue that he didn't do correctly the first time. At the end of it all he never finish the job. Consumers beware

I forgot about this until Yelp send me updates...
I don't know what it means by BBB in favor of. All I know is that BBB got my money back for me. I did get a visit from the city inspector that someone reported I have an illegal steam generator in my bathroom. Umm??? I wonder who would know that..?? Good thing everything was up to code and legal.

NofixNoPay. Roger wasn't able to fixed the issue from our initial diagnostic for about two hours due to time constraints and other variables, but proposed a reasonable and safe solution to my issue on the first day. I payed him for his labor only which is reasonable.
The following day he was able to fix the issue with additional tools and refunded my payment from the previous day and applied a safe fix.
I enjoyed his company and also fixing the issue immediately with short notice. I wouldn't hesitate giving Roger a call to at least get a diagnosis of your issue as he's very knowledgeable and charges fairly.

Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked very efficiently and cost effectively. We are very happy with his work! He fixed some issues with our GCFI outlets, our electric panel, and made our new home safe! We will definitely use him again!

Roger helped my mother in law fix a problem I could not. I started trying to change some outlets to GFCI's and when I opened the outlet I opened up a whole can of worms. Roger helped figure out some really poorly done wiring problems. He came on time and his rate was very reasonable. He's a keeper

Roger was able to meet me at the home we were selling in Anaheim. Buyer's home inspector had mentioned on his report that there were loose/broken circuit breakers and suggested repairs/replacement. So we had gotten some quotes from other electricians and they all suggested to replace and upgrade to a newer electrical panel. Estimates where anywhere from $2,000 up to $2,500. Roger was able to diagnose, test and show that all that was needed was a new circuit breaker. Roger did not stock it, and asked me to drive to a local circuit breaker refurbish business. Paid about $151 with tax included. Then drove back to my client's home. Gave it to Roger and he installed it and cleaned the contacts. It was a bit awkward asking the customer to go pick up the breaker on his behalf. But over and all, price was good. His labor was a minimum of 2 hours, $60 per hour. Job took 2.5 hours because of waiting for the circuit breaker seller to get back to his shop. Total labor was $156. Total I spent was $307.00 compared to the $2,000 to $2,500 if I had went with the others. My overall experience was good and fair. I can't speak for others, but as for myself, I can say I am glad I called Roger on that day.
