Absolutely the best service out there. I have used them few times and they never disappointed, always quick to reply. As the owner of a local Ice Cream business it is a complete disaster to loose power to freezers especially at 8pm at on the hottest day of the year. Kosta answered straight away and arrived promptly. He was able to set up a temporary solution for the night and was back at 6am the next more to install a new part and had us up and running with in 4 hours. I highly recommend them.

We have used them twice. The first time was fantastic and easy. The second time was this past week where we had purchased a NEST and my husband tried to install without success. We called them and they said they could wire it. Well, it was wired and did turn on, however, it was wired incorrectly and instead of AC, our house was being heated to 89 degrees for 4 days (looking forward to that bill). When we called them on Sunday they said they couldn't help and we should call NEST, which we did. NEST was fantastic and after about an hour on the phone with them, my husband and their technician were able to correct the issue (wired wrong).

My husband called to give them a chance to rectify the issue and they said you signed the contract (ie approved) so we will not provide a refund. I understand they have a business to run, but I find it extremely disheartening that when we called because it wasn't working they a) did not offer to come and fix it and b) when someone else had to fix it, they would not offer any sort of refund.

Sad to say we will not be using them again. I did give them 3 stars because they were so great the first time we used them.

Kosta was very interested in helping find the ""gremlin"" that had shut down all my electrical outlets in my garage. I had first called the electrician who had installed the additional outlets, but he was unable to troubleshoot the cause; and he left with me still in the dark. Kosta set an appointment for late afternoon the following day, and though he was unable to discover the cause, he did provide a solution and 1 1/2 hours later all the outlets were working and the problem solved. Thanks, Kosta! Reliable and economical.

We needed an electrician to fix some problems our contractors were unable to fix correctly to pass the city inspections and Kosta came over the next day after calling and got everything working properly. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Would hire them again.

I contacted Nikola Tessa Electric when I bought my house in Concord to have the panel upgraded, ground outlets, add/replace GFCIs and add ceiling fans. They had an opening and were able to help my husband and I out on short notice. They are trustworthy, good with communication and got the work done in a reasonable time. Their price was also fair. I have been very happy with their work and will contact them in the future for any electrical needs.

George was helpful, polite, courteous, honest, timely, and did the job. I tried calling a couple of other well-reviewed. One had a waiting time of almost 3 weeks. The other never called me back (I'd asked for a return call if they could come out in the next week). George came out the next day, and promptly identified and fixed the problem.

NikolaTesla Electricians just replaced our attic fan. George Kosta and his assistant first did a thorough rooftop and whole-house outside inspection. Then they put in a new much quieter fan which is already working as it should. He explained many aspects of the job as we inquired. His price was reasonable. Highly recommended and a nice guy too!
