I didn't actually get the service but I would like to use this opportunity to thank whoever answer my phone. He is very nice and honest. Nicely ask what was the problem and told me what to do to solve it. When everything was back to normal he was happy for me. I even forgot to ask his name. Anyway, thank you.

George came out around 1am to try to fix our breaker (electricity was out in like half the house and PG&E told us to find an electrician). He tried a new switch, but when it didn't work, he helped me pull out the fridge so I could get it on an extension cord, and promised to come back on Saturday. He replaced our panel for a reasonable price (but $$$, you get what you pay for), grounded the panel, and took care of the permits with the county. He was very nice through the whole process and very thorough. I will definitely call NT again if we need more electrical work.

I had a circuit breaker issue and would like to call for an appointment, they gave me a on call assistance and solved the problem, I will definitely call again If I need help in the future.

We just purchased a new dishwasher and the old outlet under the sink was old and crusty and ready to go. I called a few electricians here on Yelp and they were either too busy or didn't get back to me in time. George answered and told me someone could come over and do the job within a half hour. I was out and said I'd call back when I got home. Well, that went exactly as planned. I wish I could remember his name but, he was very nice. He replaced that outlet along with the garbage disposal switch and outlet. He was finished in an hour and it was perfect! Now everything works perfectly and it is safe. Thank you! We will call you if we need anymore electrical work.

There was an emergency problem at home where the breaker malfunctioned and had a short circuit 2 nights ago. George and company called me right away. This was after 7pm. In less than an hour, they arrived. They thoroughly did an excellent job and worked hard to figure out the cause of the problem. Both are friendly and patient. I am very thankful to them.

So appreciative of being able to find someone who could come out on a Saturday within an hour to make the home safe again.

We had a power surge that caused a plug to fry leaving a charred mess of electric in the electrical outlet. This knocked out power in two walls of one bedroom and the entire second bedroom.

Once we realized this was beyond our ability to replace on our own we had to find someone on a Saturday. These guys were great, arrived in an hour and were VERY thorough. They replaced and repaired the old outlet, checked the main circuit box and replaced the main circuit for that part of the house, and did it all quickly and with a great attitude.

We were very happy with the final cost, especially considering it was an emergency on a Saturday, the he was very cheerful and happy. We highly recommend these guys.

Had a main breaker blow on a Sunday afternoon/evening. Pge told me it was my problem, even though it is located below their meter. Will save you my rant on that matter!
Found George on yelp,called him and he was here in less than an hour. After assessing the situation he left to acquire the correct breaker and was back in 20 minutes. In all I had power again in less than an hour and a very reasonable bill considering it was an emergency call.
George is honest,fair and explains everything up front, no surprises. We will definitely be using George again and highly recommend him. Thanks George!

I called Nikola Tesla Electric after the first electrician I tried wouldn't be able to come out for 2 weeks! I left a message and within 30 minutes Nikola called me back and arranged for a service call within the hour. Wow! Now that's service! Kosta arrived on time and was able to troubleshoot the issue and charged me a very reasonable rate. I love that this is a family owned business. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them from now on for any of my future electrical needs.

I went through Nikola Tesla Electric a few month back in June and was very pleased with their speedy and thorough workmanship! I own a salon on Clayton and after having half of my shops power out and hearing noises from my fuse box I knew it was time to call an electrician to see what I needed to do. I was nervous because I had no idea what to expect and knew whatever the situation was that it was going to be a pretty penny!!! After calling them and leaving a message they called me back instantly and set up a time for them to check out the problem and give me an estimate. They came quickly and figured out the problem quickly. They broke down the situation to me and told me exactly what was wrong, what needs to be done and that they could do it and gave me a price. Knowing I was on a budget on fixing the situation they reassured me that it was a good price and if I wanted a second opinion I could get another estimate but I wouldn't get the same price. They were right. I didn't hesitate to call them back and move forward with them replacing my fuse box.

We scheduled them to come ASAP to come in and they replaced the fuse box quickly and I haven't had a problem since. They were very kind and explained step by step what they did and they wouldn't let me clean or sweep up after them. They also let me know that if I have any problems with the fuse box again that they would come and fix it! Also they mentioned that since my fuse box was so burnt out that it might help with my AC situation so I'm hoping that it does!

Meeting them and how they genuinely wanted to help me and not just make a quick buck is rare to come by. They are truly great at what they do and also great people!
