I really liked these guys when they came out. There were two - one who seemed to know what he was doing, and a second who seemed to be in training. The experienced guy was happy to explain things to me in a way I could understand regarding polarity of the outlet, and what all they were doing to correct my wiring issues.

I got a shock when I saw my bill though, and had to call for an explanation. We'd agreed to $92/hr plus parts. There was also a $7 trip charge, and I figured that was okay - gotta pay for gas, right? They'd shown up at 7am and left at 8:59am - I know because I'd reached out at that time to ask for a quote on another job. I was expecting a 2 hour bill. Apparently they charge from the time they get in their truck - whether that means they are coming from the shop or from another call across town. The girl explaining the bill to me stated that the next call they went to started paying from the time the truck left my driveway. The trip was recorded as 21 min, so my bill was rounded up from 2 hrs to 2.5 hrs. Essentially we paid $46 for the time spent driving from the shop to our home, and then $7 on top of that for the trip charge. We paid the bill, but obviously we won't be using them in the future. If it took them 31 minutes to get to my house, I'd have been paying $92 + the $7 trip charge just to get them to my home, and that seems incredibly unreasonable.

Our office has been having problems with the lighting and we had these guys come in a fix it. They did an amazing job and managed to get the job done pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend or any electrical problems you may have.
