Ben was personable and professional. He clearly explained our options. We decided upon his installing a dedicated circuit breaker into our pool control panel. This should eliminate the GFI popping. He also verified that the adjacent irrigation controller could be connected to the power outlet on the pool controller. I saw Nicks Electric's reviews here on Yelp and called to schedule a repair on a very high ceiling fan that we could not operate with any of the dozens of wall switches or dimmers in the immediate vicinity. Nick called me back while I was leaving him a message (how's that for fast turnaround?), and suggested immediately that the fan was likely a remotely controlled model, and that we should check with the previous owners for a remote. He volunteered readily to assist further should the need arise--but it did not. The remote control that we had incorrectly assumed controlled our new fireplace (because our old fireplace had a vaguely similar-looking remote) was, in fact, a control for the fan. I will gladly call this company any time we encounter an actual electrical job, and I let Nick know that this was the case.

I found Nick's Electric, here on Yelp. The reviews and stars were strong!
I called because I was worried of a buzzing electric sound running through my infant's room walls. Nick and Dave called and let me know they were on their way, and were right on time. After a few minutes of checking it out, they let me know the sound was coming from our house camera's computer base, that sits on a rack in our closet. Lol! He lifted it up, set a towel underneath it, and just like magic, the sound was gone! Pretty embarrassing on my part, but, Nick was nice enough to not charge me, and understood that I wanted peace of mind, seeing it was coming from my infant son's room. He was happy to solve it for me, and I am happy to not hear it anymore.
I am definitely recommending Nick to friends, family, and my fellow yelpers!

Nick is great! I called him to install four fans. He said he could come the next day. He arrived in time, gave me a great estimate and was able to do the job right away. He got everything done in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and I can't even see where he made the holes in my wall. The fans look and work great. He was very friendly and professional which is hard to find. I would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done. Well, had Nick out for the third time to do some more work for me. This time was to install 8 recessed lights, replace 5 others to match the new LED versions and install a couple of dimmers for those lights installed and replaced. If your looking for a some good work and a nice person, give Nick a call. His brother has started to work for Nick to learn the residential side of electrical work. He comes from the commercial side and is an experienced electrical worker.

Nick and David came out to install a new electrical plug and wiring for a new washer/dryer unit. We converted a closet to a laundry unit so there was no existing electrical and it needed a 240v for the dryer. They came out in only 1 day notice and made it happen in less than 2 hours. They were right on time, they were so nice, helpful in explaining the job, and very efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and even patched the drywall at no charge. Nick even patched a spot on the wall where my dog had chewed for no extra cost!! What an awesome job they did at a very reasonable price. I will definitely have them back out to do more lighting and electrical work that I need done. Good and honest and professional electricians! I highly recommend them!!

Nick was awesome. He kept in touch with us and was punctual. He did great work in our kitchen and our hallway by installing recessed lights. He was very professional. His quote for this job was on point. I called several electricians before calling him and they quoted me higher than Nick.
