While I was setting up Smart Home technology in my own residence, I noticed that all these products on the market require various apps to function. That's when I thought of creating a single app for all smart home features. I reached out to a company, and through collaboration, we can now provide a One App Smart Home solution for everyone!
I have a deep passion for Smart Technology; I love discovering new products and their potential to enhance everyday living. I considered how great it would be to help those who may not have the technical expertise to upgrade their homes to smart homes.

A free estimate was scheduled soon after my request for an electrical outlet to be GFCI in my bathroom. Skilled pro came out to assess. His estimate was $150 less than competitor with a large marketing budget. An electrician came out a few days later and completed the job thoroughly and in no rush. Great job Dustin!
A nightmare company to hire. Tim Flagg, the owner and ""master"" electrician has no idea what's going on in his own business. Danny the ""manager"" is never around to reply back to customer inquiries or even to help out. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. No one knows what's going on and they do not bother to check in with their techs to see where they are and what jobs they are on. The photos of the business owner on this site are NOT even actual pictures of the owner, Tim.
These guys have their own people leave positive reviews for themselves since no one else does it for them legitimately. Save yourself the headache. Hire another electrical company.
NH Electric is very professional and great to have work on my Electric needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
I hired NH electric to replace an existing outlet. The invoice said that they warranty their work for 1 year. I called in less than 30 days because the breaker to the outlet which previously had no issues continues to trip. I called to report this issue and had several conversations with ""Cindy"" who answers the phone. She was repeatedly rude, snide, and unhelpful. The first time this happened I chalked it up to everyone having a bad day. However, not once was this person polite or helpful on the phone.
The service person/tech came out after me reporting the outlet wasn't working and charged me $125 to tell me the breaker tripped. Despite me asking the service tech and Cindy why the breaker was tripping now only after their work was installed (the old outlet never tripped) The tech told me ""he didn't know"" and Cindy informed me it wasn't their fault.
NH electric does not stand behind their warranty and Cindy is obnoxious and rude.
I've paid their $125 service call for warrantied work, and still have malfunctioning breaker.
Do not use this company if you value customer service, quality work, and a company that stands behind their warranty.
I was hesitant to hire this company due to some of the reviews but after speaking with the owner of NH Electric directly, I felt confident they would get the job done. I ended up choosing this company to upgrade the lighting in an older home I just purchased. Not only were they on time but they were super polite and thoroughly explained exactly what they were doing and why. I appreciated that as the last thing I wanted in my new home was a poorly executed electrical job. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and am happy with my decision to choose this company. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again and would be more than happy to recommend them to a friend.
We have used NH Electric for multiple projects in our David Weekly home. I think their prices are competitive and their quality is good. They are very responsive and always have the ability to get done what I need or problem solve. I highly recommend NH Electric. My sister uses them also! They have installed simple lighting, ceiling fans in place of exterior light fixtures, recessed lighting, Repaired breakers, installed new plugs and moved plugs.
This company is definitely the one you need to go with. They are reliable and do their job well. Just give them a call. I spoke with Seth and he was very helpful.
Absolute unprofessional and disaster of an electric company. The fact that their trucks say 'most trusted electricians in Jacksonville' is a joke. VERY long story short, $4000 later for a panel swap. Spanned over 4 months and FIVE visits. The first guy was screaming at his boss about not getting paid while in my house and didn't know what he was there to do, the second visit came to fix everything (they told me he was their best electrician- but by the 3rd visit he was fired from the company). I requested to speak to the owner of the company around the holidays because it's been such a disaster. Cindy did everything in her power to stop me talking to him. He called, bullshit 'we'll get it right, idk what happened'. Being in the middle of the job we were forced with a decision. After Danny reached out to me to try and get our business back, I agreed after he assured me multiple times it would be better because 'he's sending his best electrician' sound familiar? They showed up and did work. I assumed we were done so you can imagine my surprise when the city showed up the next day and we failed! To quote the failed report, it started with 'major wrong everything' Doesn't that make you feel great?! I called NH immediately as I was furious, rightfully so as we've given them plenty of opportunities to do the right job. The front desk said said that she would get in touch with Danny. I expressed that this needed to be handled immediately. An hour goes by and no phone call or text. I texted Danny asking when they would be coming which he said 'today' and that was the last of Danny. 2 hours later 4 individuals show up unannounced. Not a single apology, just went to work, which caused us to lose power again (we work from home, they knew this, so now we're losing even more money while they clean up their mess). They left around 5 and said they'd be back tomorrow. Next day, they show up and were out of power again (more lost wages, yay). They worked for about another 6 hours and then used the back gate and snuck out and left. When the front desk called me to schedule the reinspection, I had just realized that they snuck away. WHAT? While speaking with the front desk, she mentioned that one of the 4 men in my house was the owner. How does the owner not even announce himself? Apologize for this disaster of a job his company did? All in all, it passed and the inspector said that it looked like a completely different job. Not so short I guess- but at least you know what you're really getting.
I was excited to have my power panel relocated from my kitchen to the garage so I could finally open it up to my living room. Unfortunately, this company doesn't stand by their word on completing projects. I paid almost $5,000 and got only 70% of the job done. At the end I was unable to take out the wall due to them routing the cables in the wall up through the attic and to the panel. The cables should've been ran in my crawl space so I could take the walls down. The supervisor said he/they would come back and reroute the cables to finish it but I suppose amnesia kicked in. NH electric then had the audacity to quote me an additional $1800 to finish a job I already paid for! Stay away from this company, or refuse to pay until the job is 100% completed. This has been an expensive lesson to never take a business's word.
Had appointment, did they show up? NO
Did they call to let me know they weren't coming? NO
why would anyone do business with someone who doesn't show even a basic courtesy to their client? Beyond me.
