If there were more contractors in the world like Ismael, the world would be a better place. Within minutes of contacting him he made an appt the next day to come out to give me an estimate. Not only was he the most reasonable, he explained to me the kind of materials he would be using to make things more efficient and last longer. He was genuine, kind, and most importantly honest!
He came the next day with his crew and they did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. The job finished faster then estimated with add ons that I asked for. I can't not say enough about Ismael and his team. They changed the ambiance of my home for the better. My home never looked so good and feel so warm and inviting!

***Bonus Special*** My roof started to have a small leak the next day and I text Ismael to see if he had a referral. His Roofer came out the next day after 2 other guys who gave me an exorbitant estimate telling me that I need to have the whole roof replaced. His Roofer literally found that the problem was the tar around the chimney was worn out and needed to be redone. He saved me from making a huge mistake of having to do something that I didn't even need to do. Thanks again Ismael!

A+ customer service to Ismael and his team at Nexus Electric. My call was answered right away and I was offered a free in home inspection. Today was a high of 106F here in the valley and my AC breaker happened to pop/melt.

Not only did Ismael fit me in on short notice, same day, but was able to walk me through the process and teach me what and why my breaker may have popped.

The panels were cleaned out and a new breaker was installed. I also had other miscellaneous items looked over just as a service for his professionalism.

100% would recommend Nexus and would be calling them again for any electrician or panel upgrade needs.
