I cannot recommend tummy enough. He was extremely competitive on his pricing. I recently upgraded my main panel and subpanel of my home in Tahoma. We installed extra conduit as I plan to upgrade my hot tub and add an air conditioning unit. The whole system is completely future approved at this point.
Out of the three bids he was the most competitive.
Also he was the most communicative and we were able to speak via text message for any questions I had. He was extremely prompt with his scheduling and communications.
I feel cannot go wrong by choosing next level electric and would recommend him to my friends in the area.

Working with Tommy has been a pleasure. I would highly recommend working with him and will definitely continue to work with him myself.

We had a long list of electrical jobs we needed done (some jobs were cosmetic, others safety-related, others in preparation for new appliances) and Tommy was quick to come scope the work and get us on his schedule.

He always gave us ample heads up for when he'd be able to come by to do work, was communicative, showed up on time, wore a mask, and was incredible respectful of our home. Because our crawlspace is so tight, working underneath our house is not easy or tidy, but Tommy was diligent about keeping things as clean as possible when he was coming in and out of the house and crawlspace.

Also, he knew that getting our wiring up to scratch safety-wise was important to me, so he fixed damages he found along the way (outside the scope of the initial work) after checking with me about them.

I felt respected, listened to, and like I was having things explained to me appropriately. Also, Tommy never asked me if I needed to clear a decision with my male significant other. That's definitely not always the case when I'm managing work on my house or transactions--so I really appreciated it.

Tommy was extremely professional. He responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes and I sent an email at 10:30 at night. He kept me up to date as to the timing of his arrival and he was right on time.

He wore his mask and started the job right away. He removed the old fan(and disposed of it) and installed the new one in less than an hour and a half.

I would highly recommend Next Level Electric. I am excited I know have a skilled electrician to help me maintain my house.

I blew out the dining room chandelier & Tommy came to the rescue. Not only did he repair the blown dimmer switch & text me which kind of light bulb base was needed, but when I couldn't find them at Swigards, & texted him for help, Tommy picked some up while in Truckee, returned to my condo & put them in; since I had arrived by then, I mentioned that I also had a quirky hall switch that only worked upstairs, but not downstairs, and in minutes, he had that fixed, too. ( A decade ago, an electrician worked & tried multiple times to fix it but never could, so I'd given up.) Tommy was quick, efficient, professional and went above and beyond what I had expected. Highly recommend him!

I had Tommy come out to install a Ring camera outside, a Zwave light switch, fix two ground fault plugs in the master bathroom, and a bad wall outlet. Tommy doesn't cut corners and goes over and beyond what the electrical code requires. As most of you are aware, so much of Lake Tahoe has a lot of homeowner or handyman incorrectly done electrical. When he took off my existing outdoor light, he noticed that is was fed by a lamp court and a splice that was illegally done in the wall. This is a big no no and could have caused an electrical fire. Without even asking, he installed a box and made it safe. My ground fault plugs were run in a daisy chain in the master bathroom off another ground fault plug. Since the house is wired a little wonky, he had to open up the circuit breaker panel to debug it. He has the skills to think on his feet. I use this house as a vacation rental and people overload circuits all the time by plugging in hair dryers and curling irons. He ran a direct wire so if they pop again, you don't have to go search for another ground fault plug in another area. He is totally honest. He could have just replaced the existing ground fault plugs and not told me. Instead, again without asking, he just ran it properly. I would definitely use him again.
