We have called them for big jobs and small jobs and one emergency right before Thanksgiving and not only did John call us back and offer to come out, he was so helpful over the phone and so kind! I called this company and John answered. I had connected the outside Christmas lights wrong and I lost all power in my outside power sources. I figured it would be an expensive job to do, but John walked me through the process of resetting the GFI and all the power came back on. This all happened on our phone call! He was wonderful and very polite. I will always call them when I need an electrician

Next Level Electric (out of Ventura) fit me in the same day I called. (I had circuit breaker issues and needed some wires cleaned up) 2 young man showed up at the time they said they would. They were very friendly and professional. Got the work done in one hour. Everything looks great and works fantastic!

Absolutely, unequivocally top notch company and I just can't ""plug"" them enough. I have used John for electrical work on my home in the past. He is honest, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about all things electric. That's just the way he is ""wired."" This time around, I was having security cameras hard wired into my home. Plus, installing a couple of motion detecting flood lights for added safety. When I bought my security cameras, The Geek Squad from Best Buy really wanted to come out to give me a free estimate for the camera installation. Even though I told them I already had my own electrician, I allowed them to provide an additional quote (couldn't hurt right?). Their quote was MORE EXPENSIVE then the quote from Next Level for only about 65% of the work (I didn't even ask them about the flood lights). I was like ""Watt!"" John and his crew came out and secured my home in a matter of hours. The cameras and lights work perfectly and I could not be more ec""static"". I do a lot of research into various companies when it comes to the care and upkeep of my property. It's no ""shock"" to learn that I'm Next Level for life. Sorry about all the electrical Puns. I current help it.

I highly recommend Next Level Electric! While trying to replace a light switch in our house on a Saturday, we encountered problem after problem and needed to find an electrician that would help ASAP. I called John and he graciously tried to walk us through a fix on the phone. When that didn't work, he sent a technician out. Taylor was at our house within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done and fully cleaned up within 45 minutes. Very professional people and a very fair price for a Saturday emergency call. Thank you, John and Taylor!

Well I'm dusting off the mothballs for this one. We have a house that was built in the 50's like most people do in Los Angeles that always needs some kind of repair. Usually we plan these repairs and sometimes we don't, like when our light switch burst into flames and summoned the fire department. After lengthy warning from our local FD to get the electrical system checked out ASAP, we contacted our friends for an electrician recommendation since we didn't want to get gouged on price. I'm glad we were directed towards Next Level Electric and John who works there. John made the time to drive out that night and fix the burnt-out switch for a very reasonable price. He also looked at our other sockets and switches and showed us some potential problems, like old cloth wiring. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions about potential fire hazards and such. It was a great experience and we plan to have him back to address our old wiring issues. A++
