Not many people get to say they were the very first customer of Next Level Electric but I can.

I called John the day he started his own business. He was recommended to me by his former employer who was recommended by my realtor.

I've had John and his crew do everything from isolating and labeling my fuse box to dedicating an outlet for my Toto toilet.

They came quickly when my office light ballast melted. Note: you cannot replace regular fluorescent lights with LED fluorescent lights without replacing the ballast.

They crawled under my house when I installed a garage and needed the electrical brought to the main. (They had to use the skinny guy because my house was built in 1926.)

John always answers my text messages within hours.

He even knows when to talk me out of a wild idea after I cut the ridiculous cost of Uverse cord and I went through BRAVO TV withdrawal.

You'll have to ask him yourself what the thing to do is. I will say that I have more channels than I EVER had with Uverse. For a fraction of the cost.

Next Level Electric is top notch!! Called first thing in the morning to see if they were able to accommodate us by fixing a ceiling fan that had dropped from the ceiling and was hanging by a wire!! Not only did they show up in a 1/2 hour, they were able to reinstall the fan and also fix a couple light outlets we were having issues with. Will definitely use them again with any electrical issues!!

John Reed and his team are superb. I called Next Level Electric to request an estimate. John quickly returned my call and scheduled a visit. The evening of that visit, I received his quote. I was impressed to get it so quickly. On a Friday prior to a 3-day weekend, hubby had questions. His questions were answered immediately. We scheduled the job. The three technicians arrived at the precise time that had been scheduled. As we all know - having contractors show up, let alone on time, is a rarity. It got better: the techs were not only very professional, but courteous and worked all day long on our project. They even put down floor protection and cleaned up as they moved on. When they finished the entire project, the only thing they left behind was a fantastic job and a great impression. Use them; you will be astounded.

During the Thomas Fire two of my kitchen outlets ""popped"" during one of Edison's electrical surges, and they never worked again, . My landlord kept forgetting to have an electrician come out and fix the problem... but you know the saying, things happen for a reason.

My landlord who is based out of Thousand Oaks contacted Next Level Electric to come do the work, our appointment was at 2:00 and Mike the electrician was right on time, friendly , professional, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

If I were a homebuyer or a businessman I wouldn't hesitate to call Next Level again, and i can totally see why my landlord made the call.

Thank you for fixing my outlets and showing me what to do the next time there is an electrical surge, here's hoping I remember. :)

I want to thank John so much. I got home from work at 5:30 PM and spent over two hours trying to find out which smoke detector was going off. He was so nice! I sent him pictures of what I had and he walked me through How to unplug the smoke detector. At least I can get to sleep tonight! And then, instead of making an appointment for the morning to come and replace it, he told me how to do it myself. You just don't find people like that anymore! I love him! From now on he is my electrician and I intend to send them a check for his time. Thank you John!

We booked an appointment, he was here on time. Extremely professional, great service, the repair was super quick, too. My dad was stressing about the cost, we had a backsplash put in and half the kitchen and living room outlets went out. He was so worried it was going to cost us an arm and a leg. John told us it was a simple mistake, he took the time to explain it to my dad and the pricing was perfect. We will defiantly be using John in the future for all our repairs . Very honest
