I want to thank John so much. I got home from work at 5:30 PM and spent over two hours trying to find out which smoke detector was going off. He was so nice! I sent him pictures of what I had and he walked me through How to unplug the smoke detector. At least I can get to sleep tonight! And then, instead of making an appointment for the morning to come and replace it, he told me how to do it myself. You just don't find people like that anymore! I love him! From now on he is my electrician and I intend to send them a check for his time. Thank you John!

We booked an appointment, he was here on time. Extremely professional, great service, the repair was super quick, too. My dad was stressing about the cost, we had a backsplash put in and half the kitchen and living room outlets went out. He was so worried it was going to cost us an arm and a leg. Do you long for the days of excellent customer service and old-school skills and workmanship? Feeling like you deserve a heavenly gift? About 6 months ago, I was working hard on recovering from a natural disaster when I was blessed with the discovery of Next Level Electric! Over the past 40 years of home ownership, I honestly can not tell you how many contractors I have worked with but I CAN decisively tell you that John Reed and his team are the best! Many people can accomplish a task. Next Level Electric works on a higher, more evolved level. They listen and communicate extremely well. They are more like artists than workers. I never felt like I needed to monitor, coach or babysit them.
They see the big picture and take their time to completely understand the client before doing the job. The result is complete satisfaction above and beyond all expectations. Over the past 6 months Next Level has installed a security camera system, changed out all the old recessed light cans in my home with LED lights, added new lighting and exhaust fans, consulted on the design, fixture choices and installation of new fixtures for my master bed/bath remodel and problem-solved electrical problems that have caused headaches for years, just to share a few of the jobs we have accomplished. Every job will have problems, that's just how life is. The true test of a company is how they handle those problems. John takes his work very personally so when we had a problem with the cameras we purchased, he spent hours of his own time trying to remedy the issues, successfully. He has also fixed glitches, after normal work hours, not wanting me to wait or worry. Peace of mind and confidence is everything to me. Being treated with extreme respect and support makes John and his team feel like family.... the good kind:))
Next Level can level take care of all your everyday electrical needs. What I didn't realize was the level of skill and expertise John has until I saw a high-end custom remodel that he had done with all the high-tech bells and whistles imaginable! Hmmmmm...... maybe someday. Did I mention that they clean up thoroughly and carefully as well?

John asked me to text him a photo of our electric box, then called me and talked me through how to flip the switch hard enough to the left to hear a click and then back to the right. Totally worked - and not only did he save me the time it would take to wait for a service call, he also saved me the money. When I offered to pay him for the 10 minutes he spent on the phone with me he wouldn't accept any money. I will absolutely hire them again when I need electrical service! Thank you, John!

I called this company and John answered. I had connected the outside Christmas lights wrong and I lost all power in my outside power sources. I figured it would be an expensive job to do, but John walked me through the process of resetting the GFI and all the power came back on. This all happened on our phone call! He was wonderful and very polite. I will always call them when I need an electrician

Next Level Electric (out of Ventura) fit me in the same day I called. (I had circuit breaker issues and needed some wires cleaned up) 2 young man showed up at the time they said they would. They were very friendly and professional. Got the work done in one hour. Everything looks great and works fantastic!
