Well this is a sad story for Joseph comes across to be such an awesome guy but when he takes the money you get the rear view mirror warrenty!!!

This guy was referred to me from my previous solar guy as he just retired and assured me Joseph would handle all my needs.

Joseph came out and bid a secondary solar unit for my home and had me pay for the equipment separately as I thought that was a little odd but I did.

He quoted me 10k for labor and told me his hourly rate was 150.00 per hour per man.

I thought the hours were a little excessive but I went with the program.

The day he came out he wanted half up front for the labor and I refused and
told him I just put out over 20K for the material and was not going anywhere.

After an extended conversation he agreed to do the work and get paid when he was completed.

He and 3 other guys came out and got it done in 2 days as I calculated the hours they were here and made them all lunch each day and added it up paying them for their lunch time and programming time and came up over 1500.00 short on the hours I paid them for.

I continued to be a good guy and paid them before they fired the system up in full and what a mistake that was.

After I gave him the money the system was not operating properly and he promised to come out Monday on three separate occasions and did not appear to any of the meetings giving me useless apologies each week IE I'm on other jobs and can't make it, etc. (like my job he already did was behind him)

I sent him a final text advising him I was gonna hire another contractor and send him the bill along with reporting him to the contractors state license board and go after his bond, reporting him to BBB along with taking him to court.

He called me immediately and showed up that following Monday and fixed the problems.

The problems happened again the same day and its been over 3 weeks again and I have yet to get him to come back to fix the problems.

I have sent him a few messages and have yet to hear back from him.

I shall start Monday with my process of my promises to him I made and unfortunately Will be making a claim against him to assure he does NOT do this to others!!

This review is long over due. Joseph thank you for your patience but I told you I would write something for the great service you and your team provided. Throughout the last two years you have impressed my wife and I with your expertise and professionalism. Your work speaks for itself, from the can lights you installed inside my home to the backyard lighting. My wife loves her chandelier and her led mirror inside the bathroom. You really opened up our dining room into the kitchen by removing the decorative wall. That was your suggestion and approved by the warden herself. I can go on and on but I would run out on room. Until the next project, NEXT GENERATION ELECTRIC you guys are the best.

Sloppy in so many ways. Not only did they leave a mess, they had to come back several times to re-do or fix the work they did. Light switches in the wrong place, light fixtures mounted up-side down, things wired wrong. There are better electricians out there. Don't waste your time or money.
