Kim R.Mr. Jones quoted me $71K on a project. Began work on a Monday and by the end of the day on Wednesday of that same week, the project was now $117K. Mr. Jones could never provide proof of building permits and after some time of going back and forth, we both came to a mutual agreement that we did not need to continue working with each other. A refund of a set amount was agreed upon yet never paid by Mr. Jones. I had to take him to court where the judge ruled in my favor. However, Mr. Jones still would not pay and we are currently going through yet another court battle for payment reimbursement.
