Poor communication. Non-responsive to emails / texts / calls. No show then excuse for no communication / no-show only after we reached out first several hours later. Chased around to book job. Finally booked, showed up - rang doorbell - left less than 1 minute of no answer at door. Didn't knock. Did not call / text to say had arrived. Just left. Did not follow-up after leaving - we had to reach out again to ask why he was a no show. Said he did - had to look on Ring doorbell to confirm - realized our doorbell had not worked but saw he waited less than 1 minute before leaving. Booked job again after sending several emails and texts. Had to ask several times how long job would take as we were leaving on vacation. Response was 3. Nothing further. Workers arrive as scheduled did not know scope of work. Advised only there to install one outlet. Showed them quote / work to be done. Said that no one told them but had only said they were there to do 1 outlet because we were gong on vacation. I stated we were told work would take approx 3 hours could they do more of the work off the quote and they advised they had to go to another job. Workers were fabulous and very professional. Asked them when they would be able to come back to do rest of work - they did not know. After they left, once again, no follow-up / no calls / texts, nothing. But did send bill that did not correspond with work completed. I sent text stating we were getting ready to pay bill but would like to know when was returning to complete work. Nothing. No response to text, no call, no emails. Absolutely unprofessional! HUGE letdown since person came highly recommended by a neighbor. Seemed more like he did not want the job and instead of just telling us that up front ran us around for over 6 weeks. Hubby is now doing work himself for most of the job and will have to find a new contractor to complete what he cannot do. Note: we did pay the bill. However, very bummed out about the absolutely terrible customer service!
