Jason came out exactly at 7 a.m. as scheduled. He had to use a big, heavy ladder and walk up a steep hill to get to my condo. He did so without complaint and within 20 minutes had replaced the bulbs and even offered to clean the housing which I can't reach!
The entire process was efficient, professional and I'm extremely pleased.
