Glad I found New Quest Electric ! I had purchased a swim spa not realizing I had to get an electrician to install a 240 volt 30 amp line as well as get a permit because my city is pretty strict. Nick, the owner came within few hours of my call and gave me a quote the following day. The quote I felt was decent at the time, considering a few others I had also received but let me tell you! Nick went above and beyond making sure I got my permit. Nice clean work. I will absolutely refer New Quest Elelctric and call again if I ever need electrical work.

New Quest Electric is now my ""go-to"" electrician. I had four issues that needed attention and Nick was able to fix them all on my schedule. He was able to fix my home's address light by installing a new daylight sensor, splitting into two circuits the original electrical circuit that was overtaxed, and correcting the wiring of the attic fan while adding a new shut-off switch. He was even able to fix the wiring issue I had with my awning fan and post lights that occurred when a contractor inadvertently loosened a wire within the electrical conduit. Nick was courteous and professional throughout. He took the time to explain all of my options and followed through with all of his proposed fixes promptly. Highly recommended!

New Quest Electric helped me install a new electric panel and NEMA 14-50 plug for my ev vehicle. I had a few electrician come out for an estimate. My electric panel was located on the 3rd floor and to install an ev charger in the garage was not an easy task. In addition, they were the only company who brought to my attention that 2 wires in the panel were double tapped to the same breaker which is a fire hazard. Many electrician who came by threw outrageous quotes compared to New Quest Electric. However, after speaking with Nick (owner) in details on how they plan to run the wires through my attic and down along the outer walls into the garage. Nick's crew was very polite and nice as well. They were very respectful of my home space and made sure they didn't leave the place messy. I heard some humming from my panel and asked Nick to come out to take a look. He came within 24 hours and assessed the situation to assure me it's still safe and just needs just minor adjustments on the panel. He scheduled his crew to come right back out within 48 hours. I can't thank Nick enough for his professionalism and also following through with his work. I trust Nick and plan to refer more business to him.

These guys are great. I had an electrical outlet that was cut into by a previous contractor which left me with a fire hazard. I called Nick, was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. They were at my home right on time. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. They even wore shoe covering to protect my floors. They got the job done under 1 hour. It's so nice to have a functioning outlet.

TLDR: Straightforward, professional, and delivered exactly as promised on my new NEMA 14-50 plug for my charger. They mounted the EV box and everything cleaned up.

My only complaint is the slow response after the installation. I asked for some electrician information to fill out some rebate paperwork. It took 3 weeks of slow back and forth to get the information. This soured the experience a bit and makes me wonder what support would look like if there was an issue with the installation. I've had my charger installed 6+ months with no issues so far so still 5 stars.

I recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. They respond fast using Yelp messages. They were on time and worked very fast. The guys that came were very patient with me trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. They replaced 2 chandeliers and fixed on outside electrical outlet!!
