Jose and his team were great. Replaced our old original breaker panel with a brand new, solar ready panel. Work was done in less then estimated time. Panel works perfectly and passed all inspections flawlessly. They had to cut stucco in order to make room for the new panel. The stucco work around the box looks great. Highly recommended. Also already planning to hire them for additional electrical work.

Jose responded quickly to my request with a quote and timeframe. He and his crew were able to install the 240v outlet right away. They completed the job in 2 hours which was much quicker than I expected since it involved new wiring from a sub panel through the crawl space.

Jose was recommended to us by a friend/colleague who has used his services a few times on his new home. He was able to drop by the same day I contacted him via text to provide an estimate for installation of an EV fast charger and some other work. The estimate came over within a week during Christmastime, and he was able to schedule the work for the following week right after the new year. In addition to the hardwired EV charger installation, we also had him add some outlets to create a new coffee bar area, a new dedicated breaker in the kitchen, an outlet in the bathroom for a robotic litter box, and replace the weird lighting in the bathroom with updated and matching fixtures. All work was completed in one day and looked great! The crew was on time, did great work, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely use his services again when we are ready to tackle the garage and backyard.

Had New Light Electric install a upgrade panel to our home back in Oct 2021. Top rated work, the utmost professionalism, cost provided was within our budget (including permits; some outfits wanted near the same price quoted without permits).

I barely sent a text to the company when Jose Castellanos, the owner replied. That alone was impressive. He never dropped the ball. He provided a reasonable estimate, and I accepted his offer.

The crew was exceptional. Like Jose, they were friendly and professional. These guys REALLY know what they're doing. The job was successfully completed that same day. Kudos to Jose and his workers! I give them five stars, and two thumbs up!

We saw the New Light Electric ad in The 908 magazine. We always try to get recommendations from friends as well before we do any type of home improvement. We found a friend who had work done by them so they came highly recommended. They did not disappoint. Jose, the owner, was very responsive to our many text messages, and they were able to give us the timeframe we needed for our project, which was to replace all light switches and outlets in the house. In addition, they fixed a light on the front porch that was not working. The work team was very professional and efficient. They completed the job in less time than we thought it would take. We highly recommend New Light Electric.

My 1929 house had old knob and tube electrical. Jose and his team completely redid the electrical in the house, upgraded the main panel and relocated it.

House has all original stucco walls, and they removed, moved and added outlets and switches throughout without damaging the walls. No channeling or breaking apart stucco either.

It took 3 team member 4 days to complete the project. They were very professional and thorough, no shortcuts. I highly recommend them.
