Randy did an AMAZING job sorting out the various problems with out lights, including fixing a circuit that blew out. We hired him by the hour-at VERY reasonable rates-and he followed the circuit through the house, fixing reversed plugs and faulty wiring along the way. In the 5 1/2 hours we had him, he diagnosed the problem, found and fixed detached conduit that was creating a lack of ground in a bunch of plugs, split our overloaded circuit into two balanced circuits, replaced two old two-pronged plugs, put in three new LED fixtures in the kitchen and a LED fan/light in the living room. Got WAY more than I thought I'd get for 5 1/2 hours of work. Randy was recommended to me by a relative that also gushed about his work, and he was right. Jose & his crew did a great job on our residence. They put in a whole new electrical box and installed some outdoor outlets for us as well. The job ended up taking more time than they thought because they ran into some problems with our very old wiring. They stayed much longer than they expected to complete the job so they would not leave us without power overnight. Also, he did our job very quickly after we got the estimate.

Such an amazing team Jose is definitely the go-to in our community when we need any electrical or construction work done! I'm so happy he was able to fit me into their busy schedule on such short notice! He wasn't going to be able to squeeze us in till about a week after I called but he was kind and understanding enough to swing by and help us out when he heard we were in a bind and didn't know what to do! Great customer service isn't really something you see a lot of these days and we appreciate it so much! His whole team is fantastic, really genuine people. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work that's done! Seems like a nice person, but doesn't return calls or messages. I had a really important need for an electrician and thought I would have one out last Friday. I spoke to him early Thursday evening and we were to speak later that day but he never returned my call or messages. Sent a message last night, called today still nothing. Oh well, found someone to do the assessment for 80% less than the quote I received here. I'm sure they do great work here, but their communication needs some work. If you can't take on a client just let them know, I lost unnecessary time thinking I had an electrician already set up. I needed a very important report before a court case and I lost a whole day because of the lack of communication.
