James upgraded my residential electrical service to 200A and installed an EV charger. He handled everything with the City and PGE passing all inspections without issue. James knows his stuff and stands by his work. He was able to immediately troubleshoot a load issue caused by faulty PGE equipment and facilitate getting them to repair it the same week. Communication was great through the whole process and his pricing was excellent. He even followed up after everything he was done to make sure everything was still in good working order. I'd be very happy to work with James again and would give him my highest recommendation.

James did a great job installing our home EV charger. He was very responsive and brought the charger himself so I didn't have to shop for it, installed in just a couple of hours and gave me tips on how to maximize the charge on my car, plus helped with the app set up. He and his team were very friendly and the rate for charger and installation was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend New Design Electric highly enough! They ran an electric line to an exterior wall for us in order to install a surveillance camera. The job was done in a beautifully clean way, and James powered through the unforeseen obstacles that popped up along the way without missing a beat. He was extremely competent, professional, and friendly. Ours was a relatively small job and he knocked it out very quickly. He replaced the entire electric panel for one of my relatives--an extremely complicated job especially given the age of the house and panel--and did an unbelievable job for them as well.
