Of the necessities in life an outstanding electrician is certainly one of the most important. New Dawn Electric is now our go to electrician for all our needs in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Julie in the office is an excellent communicator and kept us posted right up until our appointment time. Dean showed up early and worked expertly (in really cramped small spaces) to rewire our panel so that my family would be safe. I cannot say enough good about them - and I am sure the rest of their staff is equally outstanding. Call them & you will see!

If you want to get ripped off, this is the company for you. I hired them to diagnose and solve a problem with a GFCI outlet that keeps shutting off. They replaced the outlet (charging almost $60 just for the outlet itself, which can be bought at Home Depot for $10). The problem persisted. It took almost a month to come back. They said they're short of employees. I can see why nobody would want to work for this company. For another $150 they came back to the house to tell us their outlet was fine and told us to unplug everything that's on the same circuit. The GFCI still shuts off all the time. After paying over $500 for them to change an outlet we still have the same problem they were supposedly going to fix. They should look for work in the circus, because they're a bunch of clowns.

If you need an electrician, look no further. Dean and David were the hardest working guys I've ever seen. Due to complications out of their control they worked overtime to get the job done. After the delay even Allan the owner showed up to help out. From the beginning of the quote till the end if the job the communication was outstanding.

We would rate this company, as well as Dean who was the electrician for the service call for the job, at 10 star rating ! We were extremely pleased with everything related to this service call, from the time of scheduling the appointment through completion of the job. Dean did a great job tracing wires and connections. In addition he was extremely courteous and pleasant. Their fees were very fair and reasonable.

They were awesome. I need my floodlight installed at the front of the house which did not have an outside outlet. Most places were pretty booked and they were quoting me high. They put me to the earliest schedule and it worked perfect for me.

My appointment was 8-10am and gentleman (who I later found out was the owner) came at 8am sharp, which I was impressed. He found the outlet line from the attic and installed the equipment in little over an hour. Price was freaking great (it was 1/3 of what my regular guy quoted me).

He answered all my questions and concerns, was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone around the area.

I found New Dawn Electric through my Home Insurance Warranty. Dean did such a good job in my Bradenton home, I had him do 4 more things. All was done right except one issue with an outlet, but he came back and fixed it. No issue. I like people who stand behind their work. I will be using them again.
