Jeremy came installed my new tv on the wall and hooked up the video player
and it didnt work, I called him and he said he put the wrong adapter on the connection and had 2 of the right ones at his office and would come back the same day or the next day and fix it, No show, I have called for 5 days with no return call. I paid in full and tipped them for the job before I realized stuff didnt all work.
No return call or anything speaks volumns about Jeremy and his business.
Boy was I fooled. If I would have read the reviews first, I never would have called him in the first place.
Very very dissapointed in this man, he seemed like such a nice honest guy.

Absolutely shocked that despite never completing my original job and failing to follow up on connecting the final camera, I still reached out to request additional work installing TV connections. Left multiple messages but never a live call returned. Well too late! Drywall is finished and now no way to wire the TV's.
Called to share my frustrations and request what my alternative might be? ( you guessed it- No call back )

Really thought this was a decent group when I met them.

Originally used their services after being recommended by a BOSE store 4 years ago... Boy!! what a Terrific Job!! they did with installing, wiring through walls/ceiling and setting up my TV/Audio system above my fireplace.
Jeremy, owner was a pleasure, responsive and they have expert installers, especially Luis Castillo. Not only do they offer residential service but what an impressive line-up of commercial customers they've performed work for.
Just recently, I used their services again with a TV install and again Luis did a Great Job! They ensured I was happy with the installation and then went through how to operate remote/and set-up TV services. Highly recommend!!

This guy Jeremy won't return your calls, Very very unprofessional, just stay away from him, Recently did $ 9000 job at my home in Temecula, and disappeared, many many phone calls, emails and texts, can't find him, After paid 6200 for equipment i couldn't get a hold of him until threatened to cancel the contract, big mistake, should have canceled then, after installation, if you have question or trouble shooting good luck to get a hold of this guy, Not sure how he got some of these good reviews but buyer be aware,

Cannot recommend Jeremy and his team enough. Non-techie here ... Jeremy came out to scope the work and give an estimate, and walked me through what they recommended in easy-to-understand language. They came for the actual install on-time, did great work, and left my place cleaner than they found it. Very happy w/ my new set-up!

Whoever this guy ""the Critic"" is that left a shitty review I really can't believe it.. I called New AV installers, they sent someone out to look at the scope of work. We made an appointment to get it done and they showed up on time and did a PHENOMENAL JOB!.. Jeremy, Cameron, an louie where all polite considerate, fastidious in their work. I am absolutely thrilled with the results... they did everything and more without a bit of complaint and at a very FAIR PRICE!. I had another group out here previously todo work and I got a bit ripped off.. I would suggest if you live anywhere within 80 miles of Murietta/Temecula call these guys first.. They were extremely professional and very technically savvy.. Don't be dope and go elsewhere first.. I owned customer service businesses all my life and I know when I'm getting good service...

New A/V was awesome! Jose showed up on time with a 15 minute call ahead. He solved my complicated issue in about an hour. I have a TV mounted to the wall with chords through a homemade mantel. I couldn't run an audio line to the old Bose system, so Jose recommended an HDMI splitter and now everything works well. My friends wanted to bust open my wall, but I decided to call the pros instead. Great work!
