Hired to install, caught fire at connection, but owner was confident it was not his work.
I feel they cannot be trusted and definitely do not stand behind their work. I ended up with damaged equipment and him with a pocket full of money.

Stay away! I went with commercial for my residential and like to have burned down my house.

Service was very professional. Kept us informed as to what he was doing when installing our generator. Cleaned everything up after the installation. We were very pleased with the work done. I have asked him to come back annually to perform maintenance on this generator. Customer service is very important to me and they did everything they said they would do!
