Absolutely wonderful experience with NEV. I recently purchased a new washer/dryer for the new condo I just moved into. Well the new washer/dryer combo unit used a different outlet than I had available in the laundry closet. My call was returned quickly and someone was able to come by right away. Within an hour all the work was done. The price was really good and less than I had been quoted from another electrician 30 minutes prior. I would definitely recommend NEV to everyone.

My wife and I live in Stevenson Ranch (Santa Clarita Valley) and needed a Tesla Wall Connector installed inside our garage. Norland showed up a few minutes earlier than the 8am scheduled time, was very friendly and approachable, completed the entire job in about 3 hours, and did the cleanest, most professional installation we could have hoped for. And on top of that (probably because he's an owner/operator) his price was far more competitive than other bids! Before he left, I asked him for a quote on some other electrical work we need done and he gave me a very fair price on the spot. We'll definitely hire Norland again and will be referring him to any of our friends in the market for an EV.

Norland is wonderful! We had several small electrical projects throughout the house and we needed an electrician. After much research, my husband Dan contact Norland and set up a time for him to come to our home. Norland was punctual and very professional. He discussed all of the options with my husband regarding the ceiling fans and also adding some lights. After completing the work, Norland cleaned up his mess before leaving and did a fantastic job! Norland (owner) came out to do a small job for me. I needed to retrofit 4 existing GU-24 4-pin socket can lights with LED 120vac retrofit can lights. I'm an Electrical Engineer myself, I'm very handy, and typically would do my own minor electrical work, but this task required an experienced professional in the trade who was responsive, on time, and gets it done right. It's sometimes hard to find good professionals who are also honest and ethical. So, I kept putting off hiring an electrician until it was a critical situation when my new oven wouldn't work. Norland, the owner of Nev Electric was the first to answer my call out on Yelp and even arrived early. Wow! I got a good vibe from him from the start. Very professional and serious but also very nice. He looked over the situation thoroughly and determined that it was a problem from the wall outlet connected to the back of oven. He gave me a very reasonable quote and went to work. He explained everything he was doing which was great. It turned out to be a short in the outlet that had burned out the wires. After that was replaced, my oven worked! He also even inspected another wall outlet and tightened its base and plate. He did a wonderful job and I feel lucky to have found someone with both integrity and excellent skills. You can't ask for more than that. I will definitely be using Norland and Nev Electric in the future for all my electrical needs. I highly recommend Nev Electric!
