In the process of preparing to list the home, we had a pre-inspection done to ensure the selling process went smoothly. Electric panel was outdated and needed to be replaced. Pre-inspector gave a price estimate, which was a lot of dough!!

Was waiting on a family friend electrician (thinking it would be the least expensive route) to help out with replacing the electric panel but was taking too long to hear back from him. Found Jason (NES) on Yelp, and the experience could not have gone any better! He replied to my initial message within 10 minutes with a quote, while all others needed to ""come out"" or replied ""call"". He was able to come out quickly, and the quote never changed throughout the process. I was so shocked by Jason's inexpensive quote, I needed to ask for clarification. Well, he definitely came through and saved us!

He and another gentleman were here for a few hours and knocked it out quickly. Very professional throughout the entire time. The inspection passed with flying colors! Very happy customer, and will definitely request his services in the future. Don't wait- message or call NES if you need electric work done!

Jason is educated in the legalities of licensed contractors . He was nice enough to give me legal advice on previous work which is from someone who claimed to be licensed to do the work , unfortunately the work is so substandard and enept deceitful that I must consider heavily about turning such an individual into the City and follow up with a law suit . This company is straight forward and professional ,

Jason saved the day for us. We had an electrical/AC emergency nightmare going on. 108* outside and about 95* inside the house, as our circuit breaker failed and kept tripping no matter how often I switched it back on. Of course this came to a head a little after 5:30 pm when you would think all the service techs would have called it a day.

I posted my emergency on Yelp, and Jason replied within a minute to ask a few questions and let me know he could be here within the hour. He made it here in 30 minutes. This is the service of yesteryear when it meant something to commit to the very best.

Jason explained thoroughly how these breakers can take a turn and fail when not properly maintained. (In our case we had some screws that were loose, causing the intermittent flow to tax the breaker) We had used our home warranty service to have an AC guy look at the problem previously (before the breaker completely failed) and he had completely misdiagnosed the problem. Beware using ""home shield"" vendors, as they are paid very little and will fit the repair with what profits them the most!

It was quite a fiasco until NES came out and solved it in a snap.

Jason was just amazing. Contacted me as soon as he could, the same day I left a voicemail. I gave him the tenants information, he got ahold of them, scheduled. Once there, he called me and told me what was wrong, was could have happened, and what can happen in future, and gave me estimates with it. He didnt charge for something that didn't need to be done. Jason came to my elderly mom's rescue when she encountered an electrical issue at her house. Mom's house is an old one and did prove a bit challenging but Jason prevailed and was able to get mom up and running with power!
Jason was thorough and meticulous in his diagnostic efforts and kept mom in the loop the entire time.

Jason saved us literally. We had been having electrical issues in our house and I thought it was our dryer. Our lights were flickering and we had surge protectors popping. This was on the 23rd of December and a few top rated electricians saying they could not come out for this emergency.

Jason was quick, professional and courteous. He did very thorough troubleshooting and was quick to whittle down the problem to our main breaker or the CPS meter. This was experience here folks, I never would have thought it could be CPS but Jason called it. He had me call them to have a CPS technician over for an emergency call and as soon as he got onsite he confirmed a bad main neutral. This could have fried our whole house with us in it. Jason also recommended that we replace the main box which after having such bad power coming in I agreed. He was very reasonable and within the normal budget I had expected. Between his expert advice on CPS and his thorough work we were not only happy but cannot recommend him enough.
