Their service is very bad connection was horrible experience everything was wrong and the man said he only had 12yrs exp but couldn't connect a GFI I had too call another electric company too fix this crap..

NEP Electric did the initial electrical install for our establishment. We had an outlet that blew in our Staff Room 2 and a half weeks ago. Every single day for the last 2.5 weeks we have called them and left voicemails on their answering system. Each day, we did not get a response. Complete lack of communication and customer service. The phone should be the life line to your business, answer it. They also do not respond to emails. We are now forced to use an electrician who is not familiar with our building or the initial work that was performed. I would recommend a company that actually answers the phone over NEP Electric.
