Totally unreliable. Made an appointment on a Friday for the following Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Called him at 11:00 on that Tuesday to ask where he was - his response was that he forgot the appointment but would arrive in 15-20 minutes. Called him again at noon but he did not answer. Ended up leaving him a message not to bother; we were going elsewhere.
