Neighborhood Electrical is a find! We needed to have our 2 attic fans replaced and called several electricians. Joe demonstrated he was the clear best from the first very prompt phone call. He communicated his mastery of knowledge and expertise on what needed to be done and what it would take. His price was extremely fair and reasonable. We were so pleased when he arrived to replace the units at 6:30 this morning and was done by 7:30. We will absolutely be saving his card and calling him again for any of our electrical needs. Can't recommend Neighborhood Electrical more highly!

I contacted Joe with a last minute request for service and he responded immediately and was gracious enough to come by very quickly on a day off (didn't know that at the time). I've completely remodeled an entire home and used Joe and his family business multiple times in the last 3 years. This company is the a true standout for professionalism in this area as most contractors aren't hurting for work, so the customer service usually suffers...not with Joe and Neighborhood Electrical! I had an electrical failure but only in the kitchen and only in one section of the kitchen, which included the refrigerator in the house and the extra one in the garage. Rebooting the circuit breaker did nothing so I called Neighborhood Electrical. They were able to come the very same day. Joe Kukuruda and his team worked diligently testing every possible place/appliance/outlet that could have caused the problem. They were methodical and extremely efficient finding the problem and repairing it in a very timely manner. The price was reasonable considering the complexity of the problem. Really did a wonderful job. Recommend them highly.

Joe called me to follow up on a repair I needed for my ceiling fan. I didn't want to replace it because it looks brand new and matches the other fans in my house, but it wasn't working properly. I had done some research on the problem and thought I needed a new motor or capacitor. Joe very patiently walked me through how to look for the information to get the parts since they have to be special ordered. And then before we got off t he phone, he had me try some stuff on the fan and low and behold it started working!!! This fan had not worked for over 7 years!!! He didn't even charge me for his time. Such a nice person and so patient and knowledgeable. Not alot of business people like that out there anymore who will help someone for nothing. It literally felt like a mini miracle. This fan has been stressing me out for years because it's in the guest room and I want my guests to be comfortable in the heat. And now they can be!
