Rick Neely saved our (sad, pathetic, 3/4 dark) Christmas lights and possibly my sanity!! =) I spent several hours on both Sat & Sun fighting w/ replacing our GFCI outlet, with no success. This was obviously NOT an ""emergency"", but Rick came out the same day my wife called him! He was super friendly, communicated very well, and arrived right when he said he would. He was extremely professional and had us up and running in about 5 minutes! Maybe less! I very highly recommend him and will ONLY use him for any future electrical needs!!

Mr. Neely came out on short notice and took care of a smoke alarm problem in a short time. By the time other companies began returning my early morning messages, he had already completed the job.

When he finished a little faster than expected, he revised his estimate and charged us a little less.

I appreciate Mr. Neely's willingness to prioritize us in what must have been a small job. He was efficient and confident his work would correct the problem (and it has). I would hire again for electrical work.

Rick was quick to call me back and said he was booked up for weeks but would try his best to fit me in between calls today. And guess what? HE DID!

He was quick and extraordinarily friendly. It was a minor service we needed done but I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for something bigger.

Rick called me back right away was on time, fair price, flexible and did incredible work. My house is safe! Since we work out of our home he even offered to come on the WEEKEND so we were not inconvenienced with the power going out for a few minutes. He is the best. HIGHLY recommend Neely.

Working with Neely Electric (Rick) was fantastic! Very friendly guy. Came to my house and replaced a old breaker box and added a few recess cans. He did a great job! Price was very fair and didn't make a huge mess. I will use again for sure! Thank you Rick!
