We LOVE our new Nebula LED Lighting System! I originally saw an advertisement for the company and product in a local home magazine. I researched the company and licenses. I read reviews and watched videos, regarding. In April of 2020, I left a voice message for the office and the call was promptly returned. Leslie, the office manager, explained all available options and related pricing. Both she and co-owner Jamie were a joy to work with. We signed the contract electronically, paid a deposit, and scheduled a date for installation. On the date of installation, the three-man crew arrived on time, installed the lights & equipment, explained everything to us, and ensured the area was spotless. The bulbs/tracts are indiscernible in day light; at night, it's truly magical. We love all of the various settings and options!
The company performs all required maintenance and/or repairs of the system. The LED bulbs should not need replacement for about eight years.
We couldn't be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend!
