We had Kevin out to look at some small electrical needs at our house. It took a while to get him on the phone, but he sounded really nice and gave very reasonable quotes.

After one reschedule he came to look at the work, and again was very nice and knowledgable in person. We scheduled the work to be done on another day, but he never showed up. We called and left a message but didn't hear back, so the work was never completed. A little frustrating as we went to some efforts to be available at the house for both appointments.

However, the guy was nice enough that I""m still giving him two stars. Maybe he is just a little too busy for the small projects.

I met Kevin at Dale's Hardware. I asked him a few questions regarding putting in a ceiling light. He gave me great advice and saved me hours of frustration. He even left me his phone number so I could reach him if I had more questions. He did all this for FREE. The previous reviews are right-on. Kevin is professional, courteous and communicative in addition to being extremely knowledgeable, and he does an outstanding job at a reasonable price. We hired Kevin's services for fixing a number of accumulated electrical issues in our house, as well as for installing an outdoor HDTV antenna. Kevin's diagnosis of the electrical issues was uncannily accurate before he even went on to perform testing. All work was performed by Kevin and his capable associate Josh exactly as promised, and more. There were no cost overruns. All in all, a very positive experience. We recommend Neault Electric without reservation.

Kevin came as promised (actually came early after calling to check with me), figured out the problem within 1 min, and fixed my doorbell within 20 min. His rate was reasonable and he cleaned up afterwards with a smile. SO MUCH better than the other local electrician I had called first--that other electrician kept rescheduling after missing appointments and I called to see what happened.

Kevin did a great job for us at a very fair price at the end of December 2010. He had suggestions for budget conscious lighting upgrades for our home. Even after he did the work for us, he checked back in to see that we were satisfied and that everything was working as it should. I will continue to use Kevin for every project I can. He was very professional, worked with us in determining the best lighting possiblilities in our kitchen, and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion of his work.
