Kevin installed this light fixture along with some other electrical stuff I had for him to do around the house and I'm very happy with how it turned out. He's friendly and even helped give me easier solutions regarding some stuff I wanted done that were less invasive and more cost effective. I'd recommend Kevin to all my friends and family!

This review is long overdue. We hired Keven Neault with Neault Electric to address some electrical issues that came up when we purchased a home last fall. One moderate sized issue and a bunch of little things. (ungrounded outlets, switch and receptacle changes, replacing old light fixtures, etc).

Kevin was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, his work was solid, and he was honest. The honest part became obvious when he noticed a solution to my ungrounded outlets that all the others Electricians I met with missed entirely. We lucked out because there was a hidden ground wire he could use to fix the ungrounded outlets without running a new line from the panel. This basically saved me a TON of money and Kevin was just as happy as I was that he found a less expensive solution.

To top it all off Kevin's rates are really reasonable. He charges labor (by the hour) and materials for most things. I was a little hesitant about paying by the hour at first since I have heard horror stories about contractors dragging things out but Keven was upfront about how long the entire job would take and he finished on time. To put things into perspective, other Electricians wanted to charge me $30-50 for every outlet they touched even if it was a simple switch out. The day of the job I watched Kevin and his helper switch out 30 old outlets with tamper resistant ones in a couple hours. I did the math and again Kevin saved me money!

You really can't go wrong with Neault Electric and I completely agree with another reviewer about how good Electricians are like good Mechanics and worth keeping around. I am very happy with everything he's done for us, so much so that I had him back a month after the first job in order to do all the electrical upgrades for two bathrooms we decided to remodel plus add recessed lighting to a couple rooms. Kevin is my ""go to"" Electrician and I highly recommend him!

Kevin is great. He did a substantial amount of recessed lighting in our home. The work was top notch by him and his team member. Kevin kept it at 100 all the way and did not try to upsell us. In fact, he encouraged us to save money during his consultation. Funny guy as well. Highly recommended.

Instead of taking advantage I got a helpful honest conversation and advice on what to do AND said to call back if I still needed help. I had a problem with a circuit breaker continuing to trip and called 4 different electricians. I know business is good, but I cannot believe that companies don't return a potential customer's phone call. Kevin was the only person that called me back. In fact, he called me on his way home that evening from a job and troubleshooted over the phone. He gave me all kinds of suggestions to fix the problem on my own and told me to call him back if it didn't help.

Well, I couldn't get it done, called him the next morning and he said he would come by that afternoon after his job that day. He lived up to his commitment, came by that afternoon. Identified the issue, talked me through everything he was doing and replaced the broken breaker. Most guys didn't want a job this small, but Kevin understood he just made a customer for life. Electricians are like mechanics, its hard to find a good one so when you do you hang on to them.

Kevin knows what he is doing, is respectful of you and your home and lives up to his commitments. That's a trifecta in my book.

A neighbor referred NE & we hired them to address some electrical red flags in our home inspection report. Kevin was the only contractor that asked for, and read, our home inspection report; I was sold at that point! He remedied in 30 minutes, what four home warranty contractors were unable to do. As a safety conscious person, I appreciate that Kevin puts safety and code first. NE replaced sink outlets w/tamper resistant GFIs, fixed non-working interior & exterior outlets/switches, brought C02/smoke detector up to code, installed bathroom ceiling fans (where there were previous were none), provided recommendations for exterior safety lighting, which are effective & beautiful (neighbors have light envy!). James, Kevin's Assistant, was cordial, professional, focused and didn't hesitate to hop into our crawl space or attic. Kevin explained his work along the way and even taught us a few tips to save $ w/simple do-it-your-self projects. He prioritized projects based on safety, provided price options, fee/service transparency, honesty, integrity, arrived on time and hit the ground running. Hands down, the BEST electrician I've ever worked with. In other words, we're NE lifers.

Kevin is an experienced, highly skilled electrician. He knows exactly what he is doing so he works very efficiently. He installed recessed lighting in our kitchen, dining room/family room in less than a day, and it looks great. His rates are reasonable too.

I initially called Kevin when I was having an electrical emergency - one of the outlets in my house was making a burning smell and smoke was coming out of it. Kevin made room in his already booked schedule to come out to my house and fix the issue. He quickly replaced the outlet wiring, solved the issue in an efficient manner, and charged me a very fair price considering that it was an emergency call. I later had Kevin and his assistant out to update all the outlets in my 1968 house and put the upstairs furnace on its own circuit. This was a big project and all aspects of it were handled efficiently and professionally. Kevin is a master of his trade and really knows what he's doing. He's also friendly and reliable. I'll definitely hire him in the future.

He's done everything possible I'm not only my house but so many others I've referred him too. He just did a major overhaul job for us on our new home and as always he was fantastic.

We hired neault to install 4 new ceiling fans and a can light in our home that was built in the 80s. He did a great job and our new lighting really brightens up our home! It was reasonable in terms of cost and he was responsive to phone calls with questions I had prior to install. I would recommend him! Thanks again!!
