I've hired Ned who owns NCA Elecrtic to help me with electric work on my investment property remodeling. Paid him $4k before he finished as he was asking for money. He said he has another job in North Carolina and will be back in 10 days. Never showed up to finish the job, and after I called him he blocked me. Totaly unprofessional and left me with a mess which I have unfortunately overpaid.

I called these guys on Thursday to have a smart ceilng fan installed in an older condo. Ned quoted me a price and said he could do it on Saturday. Ned was a couple of minutes early for the appointment which is never a problem. He was totally professional and had the job done in one hour for his quoted price. He went above and beyond to do the job right. The switch cover that came with the fan was too small so he got one out of his truck that completed the job correctly. A true professional electrical craftsman. I highly recommend Ned for your electrical needs.
