Power was popping off for no reason in one of the apartments. Geraldo figured it out - the end caps connecting power to that unit corroded. Last wind and rain storm was too much for the corrosion. Replaced both end caps and did some replacement wiring and good as new. Power issues always scare me . . . . now we have a new local electrician.

Spoke to Geraldo and he was at our condo in less than 30 minutes. Completed the work and did an excellent job.
