I used nation electric to install a 40 amp outlet outside my garage for my ID4 electric car.

I received multiple bids, but selected nation electric as they were the only one willing to correctly go through the legally required permit process required in Lawndale even through the price was higher than other bids.

The installation was high quality , the permit, installation and permit inspection (they sent someone for the inspection as well) was flawless. Mehdi was very knowledgable and couldn't of went better. Look forward to using this company again or recommending to friends / family. Good electricians are hard to find

We would like to recommend Mehdi and his company. They are top-level professionals. Responsible. They work very quickly and efficiently. A huge thank you for managing to agree on a budget with no hidden fees.

We were leasing our condo, and one of the requirements of the new tenants was an EV charger for a Tesla.

We had called several specialists before Mehdi, and no one could tell us exactly what work would be needed or how much it would cost. One contractor said that all the wiring would need to be redone because it was old and could cause a short circuit. He also guessed whether our electrical panel would withstand the voltage or not. Another contractor could not assess the workload on his own, left, and returned with a colleague with whom he officially works in a large company. Accordingly, the cost for their services was higher because he wanted to take a commission. In general, our task was first to understand what needed to be done, and secondly, to find a contractor who was 100% knowledgeable and could come quickly to do everything at once, because we had less than a week before the tenants moved in.

When we got in touch with Mehdi, his calm and confident tone made us realize that we had found the right contractor. He said that they have extensive expertise in installing EV chargers, that his employees undergo training at Tesla, and that he does this every day. He was able to give us an estimate over the phone right away.

On-site, he arrived with his worker, who turned out to be a very smart and professional guy. Before we knew it, he was already on the roof checking the voltage of the air conditioner (something none of the other contractors could do previously because the roof access was inconvenient). After a complete diagnosis, Mehdi said that we would have to change the entire panel. It was old and wouldn't withstand the voltage. We were mentally prepared for this, it increased the cost of the work, but Mehdi, unlike the others, did not call out exorbitant figures. He quoted a reasonable price, we agreed, and while his assistant started working, he went to Home Depot and quickly bought all the parts. The work was done magnificently in one day.

We are very grateful and glad that we indeed found professionals we can rely on. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you, Mehdi.

I have recently purchased a chevy bolt EUV and get in touch with this company via Qmerit. Mehdi and his team is very professional. They reached out to me over the phone to get some information about my house, went to city to get the permit. Turn out there's some issue with my home's electric system, which they are very patient in helping us finding out the problem and wait for us to fix it before they were finally able to work on my project. Nation Electric installed a 240 volt outlet in my garage as part of the promotion from Chevy/Qmerit for a Bolt EUV purchase. I had a smooth experience from initial communication through completion of the install. The permitting and city inspection was completed on the same day. The install involved running conduit along an exterior wall from my electrical panel and then into the garage. The install looked clean and professional and the plug was positioned at my preferred location. I would recommend the company for electrical work.
