We got a great deal on a lighting fixture we love, and they rewired it at a price that was more than fair. Expert installation, too; it looks great. They're straight shooters, zero BS. A+!

Walked in the door with a bowed fan blade. Didn't have to say a word. Justin took one look at the blade and came back in less than two minutes with five replacement blades, same size, same color.

The three mounting holes did not exactly match up. Justin said he would drill new holes to match the old blades. We asked if there was a charge. He said no. Justin soon returned with the newly drilled blades. He used our sample to match the mounting holes of the old fan blade.

We were out the door in less than fifteen minutes. They have a new customer. There is no need to go to any other fan store. We'll come back again.

Just bought 2 fans and they installed them quickly. Great price, great service and really nice people. Dealt with Justin mostly and when i called and inquired about getting a second remote, they dropped one off 30 minutes later!

I just had Naples Lighting & Fan Depot here to install six outdoor fans which Hurricane Irma damaged......Upon picking our fans....the sales people/owners could not have been nicer!!!!! Scheduled for installation two days from now...I was contacted they had a cancellation and could install today......Gentleman who installed them called ahead...was here ahead of schedule, took his time and did a GREAT job!!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.....I know where I will be shopping when I need lighting or fans!!!! The outdoor fans are beautiful!!! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!! Simply terrific!!!!

Purchased all our lights & fans from Naples Lighting & Fan Depot during a recent build. They were top notch in their selections, pricing and service! You may have to wait your turn for help during busy times, but they are well worth it. We Highly recommend them.

Very pleased. Purchased two fans and a ceiling fixture with installation. The installation was scheduled for a week or so out. However, we received a call a few days later saying they had an opening that day if it was convenient. Guys arrived shortly thereafter, were polite, careful and efficient. Also, We had asked for an electrician to come look at the socket behind our new stove to see if there is a way to make it fit flush. Ruben came with the fellows who installed the fans, took a look, gave us a reasonable quote, and quickly took care of our requests. We will go back to Naples Lighting & Fan Depot for future needs.

We went in there yesterday ready to purchase 2 fans for our lanai. We stood in view of the four guys who were standing behind the desk area for, I'd say, at least 15 minutes. When it became obvious to us that no one was coming over to ask if we needed help, I began to ask my husband questions like, ""I wonder which of these fans are suitable for outside."" Still nothing. No one came over. They did not acknowledge that we were even there. So, we left the store and they lost a sale for two fans. No good form people.

We usually deal with Justin but all of their installers have gone above and beyond the normal. Their pricing is always reasonable and they actually show up when they promise.
