I am sorely disappointed in Napa Electric. I asked them to provide me a quote for a Service changeout. I sent them pictures the same day to expedite the process. I was told they would do a drive-by to verify the work and send me a quote within a couple of days.
Two weeks went by before I received a quote; it took hounding them to get it.
Once I received the quote, it was $900.00 more than a similar job they did for my son's house just six months ago. I expected the same or even a lower quote as they would be able to reuse the circuit breakers that were installed two-three years ago as well as seeing that the new grounding system was already in place.
This to me is a serious example of price gouging.

After several disastrous attempts with other electricians, we thank you Yelpers for leading us to Napa Electric! It took several weeks to get on the schedule, which admittedly could be a problem if you're in a hurry. But we were willing to wait and very happy we did. Mike was our electrician and he was great! He was on time, professional and really nice. We had one light fixture moved, another installed and a chandelier replaced. He did it all quickly and efficiently. We definitely will be calling Napa Electric for our future projects.

I'm so happy with Napa Electric. Their designer, Zaine, helped me so much with my complete remodel. She helped me pick out all lighting for both the interior and exterior of the house, and it's absolutely perfect. She is totally in touch with what you need, and eager to find you the perfect solution. The lighting in my house is definitely one of my favorite aspects, thanks to her. Napa Electric's prices are not the cheapest, but your designer's hard work makes it actually a huge bargain.

Called them after having two no show no calls from ""Top Notch Electric"" and they were able to come out the same day! Fixed the problem super fast, amazing customer service! These people actually understand that needing an electrician is usually a huge deal for people, and they make you their priority. The only mistake I made was not calling them first! Highly recommend this business. It was a pleasure dealing with them all around.

You will literally be given a run for your money. Napa Valley Electric is very professional, honest, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would give zero stars at this point. My sister took a lamp that was damaged in the earthquake to Napa Electric and told me NE fixed it for a modest price in short order, so I brought them my Tiffany base to replace a broken part. Zane wrote a ticket & said it would be about 10 days. She only took my name & number. It's been more than two months & there's been no call back. So, I called them back over 3 weeks ago, spoke to Zane again, & she said they were back logged & hiring & would be in touch. No call back, no update. This is unacceptable lack of regard for the customer, poor service, and beyond unprofessional.

I LOVE NAPA ELECTRIC!

I recently worked with Napa Electric to install two new light fixtures I had ordered, I just needed them installed. The front desk was able to make sure the fixtures would work on the type of ceiling they would be hanging on. They verified the type of fixture, type of light bulbs, and ensured the degree/angle of the ceiling would work with the fixtures PRIOR to scheduling anything! Now that's what I call efficiency ( I would have never though of all of that)

I scheduled my appointment with Susan (who is a doll by the way) for an electrician to come out. She was super sweet and communicated with me efficiently!

Patrick (one of their many fabulous electricians) showed up to install the fixtures. He was on time, ready to go with a smile! He installed the lights and everything worked perfectly, he even took the trash out for me before he left! (THANK YOU!!!)

I have worked with many different electrician services in the past but Napa Electric goes to the top of my list. I highly recommend & will continue to use them in the future.

While I am not disappointed in the quality of the electrical work - I was shocked to have received a bill for almost $500 more than the estimate given over the phone. I called to discuss this and was told that no one could have predicted the cost of the electrical component needed and that it was my fault for not having a formal estimate done. I have lived and learned to make certain to do this - however - I suggested that folks who give estimates over the phone might want to inform the home owner that the estimate they are giving are only for labor and that parts might cost well over double the labor amount. I asked the electrician how much the work would cost - he had no idea and told me I would get a bill. I am now stuck paying a bill for almost $1,000 when I expected $350 - $500. The company tells me that their neither their electricians or the folks that answer the phone have any idea how much parts cost. Napa Electric would not work with me and made it clear that they did nothing wrong - and it was clearly my problem. (A $1,000 problem.)
